Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 (G.S.B)

Providing laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggragates 22. 4-53 mm size (G-3) in 75 mm compacted thickness to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100km in stage to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening, binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to required density grading-3 as per PWD specification. (G-3)

Providing and appying prime coat with bitumen emlusion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.7 kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surfacecleaned with hydrulice broom as per Techinical Specification No. 503

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm & 11.2 mm dalla aggregate either using 80/100 enetration grade bitumen VG-10 @ 1.46 kg per sqm. Previosuly repared base, including mixing by mixol, liying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity as per technical specification clause 508 (including cost of bitumen)

Providing and Laying seal coat sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using tye "C" screeing ar as directed by Engineering charge as per technical specification claue 510.

Providing Brick on edging on one sides of pavement by using first class brick as per ID specification or direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in filling and dressing for making shoulder and incomplete section of service road proper size shape and cross form.
