Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete. Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one part of cement five part of sand) mix using country bricks of size 8¾"x4¼"x2¾" including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification. For foundation and basement

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one part of cement, two part of sand and four part of aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for paneling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Paving floor with colour ceramic tiles of size 200 x 200 x 6 mm in all floors over the base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement three part of sand) 20 mm thick pointed with white cement at 0.40 kg/m2 including finishing the joints etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers (The rate should be exclusive of cost of flooring concrete 1:5) special

Dadooing the walls with plain glazed tiles of 150 x 150 x 6 mm set in cement mortar 1:2 (one part of cement two part of sand) 12 mm and pointing white cement used 4kg/m2 neatly etc complete as directed.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:4 (one part of cement four part of sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification. TNDSS No:61

Ceiling plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs, sunshade canopies, stair case steps, landing slab, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement three part of sand) 10 mm thick including packing the surface and provided necessary cement mortar nosing, headings as per the size specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement three part of sand) 20 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification. TNDSS No:61

Floor finishing with cudapah stone slab 38 mm - 40 mm thickness over of 0.60 m x 0.60 m size cement mortar 20 mm thick 1:3 mix base above the bed of concrete and pointing with cement mortar 1:3 without polishing etc complete.

Supply and fixing in position best quality of approved make Indian Water closet of size 580 x 440 mm with all accessories such as 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS 2556 part XII with sand cusion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40 mm leveling course 1:4:8 - 100 mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including necessary internal connection and outlet connection and making the disturbed potion to original condition without leakage etc including Labour charges for fixing etc complete.

Fabrication, supplying and fixing of Steel door made out of 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle section for outer frame and shutter made out of 35 x35 x 5mm MS angle section with necessary stiffener 32 x 6 mm flats not exceeding at 30 cm intervals and necessary cross diagonal M.S flat of size 32 x 6mm. A tie bar of 32 x 6mm M.S flat is used in bottom of frame in order to avoid twisting of door frame. The shutter frame shall be fully covered by 18 gauge CRCA sheet and provided. A tie bar is provided at the bottom of the outer frame to prevent twisting of frame during transportation and fixing. Each openable shutter should not exceed a width of 600mm to enable, separate operations and easy maintenance. at all the four corners of each shutters to the suitable length welded to the shutters, for holding the CR Sheets in position firmly. 2 Numbers of sturdy hinges and one number of handle-cum-latch of special type made with 18 x 5mm MS Flats are revetted to the shutters at an appropriate height in Window.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel glazed ventilator wit two panes in all floors with aluminium section of the following sizes with necessary accessories such as rubber beading and fixing 4mm thick plain glass including cost of all materials, labours, power consumption charges required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC columns, slab, masonry walls wherever necessary with power drills to the extent and make good to the original condition after fixing and as directed. All aluminium sections are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with IS 1868 / L962 for an average anodic film thickness of 15 microns etc, complete.

Supplying and fixing of push and pull type Rolling shutter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I. sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers, transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer in charge.

White washing two coats using freshly burnt shell lime white in colour confirms to I.S. 712 of 1964 in all floors. Fevicol type gum blue should be used in the preparation of white wash as per I.S. 6278 of 1971. Adequate quantity of approved blue power to be added to white wash solution for application to the walls.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works.)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall, covered with hylem sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point for electronic regulator. (Assume 4 points per coil) (SD-21)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 x l00 x 113 mm TW switch box for 5 A 3 pin non interlocking FT wall socket and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point. Supply and Run of 2 of 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour. (SD-45)

Supply and fixing of TNEB Meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V), 32A Neutral link and earth link (1inch x 1/8inch Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1inch thick on either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and interconnection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit. Supply and fixing of 4 way Single Phase DB of 16 A / way with 16 Amps DP Switch with Metal clad of 500 V (Side Handle) with fuse and neutral on suitable TW Board with earth connection only. SD146
