Air Blower Repairing Portion:-

Taking out the old/damaged air-blower from the existing opeating platform with prime mover(15 HP,3 Phase,2900 rpm,induction motor) after disconnection of all power line & unbuckle the V-belt, as per direction to prevent any kind of damaged in this working process.

Carrying the Air-blower set from Kalajharia Chlorine room to workshop(Asansol) for necessary reparing this cost included with Hired vehicle, loading & unloading labour charges as per direction of EIC.(Above 10 KM Upto 20 KM)

Cutting out and removal of the damaged metal Sheet (M.S.) protection plate by gas cutting method.Precisious fabrication of a new protection cover using 3mm M.S. sheet. Final fitting and securing of the new cover with a complete nut, bolt, and locking arrangement for air blower, as per direction of EIC.

Custom fabrication and fitting of a new internal plate designed to properly protect pressure and regulate air flow (passing) within the blower assembly, complete with a secure plate locking arrangement.

Necessary repairs to the blower base plate. Includes the application of precision grouting and ensuring proper basing and final holding to secure the blower to the foundation.

Motor side base plate fabrication and making as per specified size.

Supply of bearing block(C.I.).

Supply of ball bearing for DE & NDE.(Make:-SKF, Model No-6308-2Z)

Making and fitting the MS angle support frame (PVC pipe support angle frame), installation involves securing the PVC pipe to the stand arrangement using the necessary clamps and fasteners as per direction of EIC.

Supply of V-belt, 2130 mm Pitch length.(Make:- Fenner, Model No-B-82)

Fan belt cover necessary repairing.

Atfirst removing damaged V-belt, Bearing housing and DE/NDE bearing from the pulley and shaft to replacing the same, checking the angle of driver & driven pulley, proper tightness of belts, pouring lubricating oil in block, as per diection of EIC.

Motor Rewinding Portion:-

Carrying the brunt out motor set from Kalajharia Head Works site to workshop(Debpur/Purba Bardhaman) for necessary reparing this cost included with Hired vehicle, loading & unloading labour charges as per direction of EIC.(Above 120 KM)

Dismantling the motor,removing stator and rotor winding portion from the slot wedges, removing all nomex paper, dirt, dust of varnish etc, take aparts both Bearing(DE/NDE), terminals from Box as per direction of EIC.

'H' class Insulating materials, Nomex Paper, glass sleeve, Dr. beck varnish, wags, solder sticks, glass tap, etc.

Supply of Super enameled copper wire PVC sheathed. (Cost of winding is considered after deduction of the value of burnt out coil).(13 Kgs of New Wire supplied value-12 Kgs Salvage Value)

Supply of Motor lead cable with terminal socket, nut, bolts & washer etc.

Bearing Housing.(Make:-Approved make)

Supply of ball bearing for DE & NDE.(Make:-Approved make)

Supply of high quality grease.

Supply of 15 HP, 6-Way Motor terminal box complete with new terminal and cover.

Both side(DE+NDE) bearing fitting on Shaft, fitting of cooling unit, coupling Hub, Replacement of 6 Nos leads and lugs by new one in the Terminal Box, Rotor thread in with proper care, checking gap between stator and rotor, complete assembling with all spares parts, including painting, all work should be done as per direction of EIC.

After making stator & rotor winding, then placed in heat chamber, pouring varnish for proper insulation also cooled to room temperature as per direction.

Testing of motor in all condition like No load trail, Insulation resistance,Polarization index in 10 minutes gap, resistance and also inductance.Painting of Motors out side body, at first coating of primar then painted with original colour of motor as per specification.

Back carrying the above pump-motor set from workshop to Site store after repairing including hired vehicle, loading & unloading charges.(Above 120 KM)

Neutralization Pit Portion:-

Supply of 150 mm dia PVC corrugated duct hose pipe from hood to neutralization pit through Blower and diffuser pipe in the Neutralization pit.(Make:-Approved make)

Supply of 175 mm dia Jubilee clamp.(Make:-Approved make)

Supply and delivery cuastic flakes.(99.9 % Concentration)

Bailing out the old caustic solution by manual labour with help of bucket and rope, thorough cleaning the complete neutralization chamber by scrapping deposted dirt and cuastic mud as per direction.

Re-filling the caustic flakes with adequated water to make proper concentrated solution by manual labour including manual head loading for a distance of about 20 mtrs, as per direction.

Fabrication of the full hood of toner by proving one opening on the top of the FRP hood by cutting a portion of 450 mm x 300 mm and fixing a fabricated transparent 3 mm thk PVC shutter with slotted PVC channel for approaching inside the cover including cutting vertically to insert the copper connecting pipe to isolation valve of the toner from the manifold and fixing the PVC duct hose flange to hodd flage for sucting the leakage gas.

Increasing the height of full hood to place properly over the toner by adding 45 mm x 100 mm wooden plank of 7100 mm long along four sides (1000 mm x 2 Nos and 2550 mm x 2 Nos) duly finished to be fitted with the lower portion of the hood by making holes on the lower portion of the hood and screwing up with the wooden planke 1/4" x 3" nut bolt washers.

Supply, fitting and fixing 2 nos. 3000 mm long 65 x 65 x 6 MS angle duly fabricated by welding grinding over the neutralization pit cover to protect the cover from coming out dome the leak gas entry mouth using 12 nos. M-8 anchor bolt and making hole on the neutralization chamber.

Laying of pipe from Full hood to blower & blower to diffiuser, to make the line in appropriate order fixing with SS jubilee clamp, to prevent any king of slipping as per direction of EIC.

Installation of Motor in existing base frame, then doing all power connections, buckle with V-belt to connect with blower, start the prime mover and testing the whole installation, evaquated leakage chlorine from the Hood of tonner and delivered into the neutralization pit, for disgrace the leakage gas, at any unavoidable situation.
