Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils such as red earth ,hard stiff clay soil, stiff black cotton soil, hard redearth,shales, murrams, gravel,hard rock not requiring blasting ete complete.,

Supplying filling with filling M.sand in layers not more than 15 cm thick ,well rammed, wattered and compacted etc,complete

Supply and Filling with Conveyanced earth filling including all labour charges for filling including watering ramming, consolidation and other incidental charges etc., complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix usin 40 mm HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,l aying,curing etc complete.,

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,(Column)

Supplying and fabrication,placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grils for RCC works inculding cost of steel and binding wire etc.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 mix using 20 mm HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x2" for foundation and basement and superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materiales curing etc ,complete.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:3 mix 10 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Weathering course with broken brick jeely for 20 mm size mixed with pure slacked lime (no sand to be used) in proposation of 32:12.5 cft to proper gradient,well beation with wooden beaters etc

Terrace flooring with one coarce of new machine pressed tiles of size 20x20x2 mmusing Cm 1:3 with water proofing compound 2% weight of cement used and the joints pointed with same

Dadooing walls with Colour Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Plastic Emulsion painting two coats over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etc complete ( outer wall )

Supply and fixing of Ornamental jolly size 1.20x1.20m including cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete
