M/L for 15mm thick rendering(first coat) in CM 1:4 on external surface of wall mixed with water proofing compound and shall be scored to provide key for rough finishing coat. including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified and directed Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for removal of loose and disintegrated concrete of RCC structural members viz slab, beam, column and lintel etc by low impact hammer including removal of debris outside MD land. Cleaning of exposed reinforcement bars with wire brush and apply two coats of anti-rust protective chemical at suitable intervals all as per manufacturer's instructions to resist further deteoration of reinforcement bars. Apply approved epoxy based bonding coat on concrete surfaces to achieve sound bond between existing and new concrete. M&L for profilling of structural members with polymer modified mortar 1:3 mixed with and including 15% latex polymer by weight of cement (w/c ratio 0.35) including leveling to match the surface. Application of complete treatment shall be through approved applicator all as per manufacturers instructions (Bauchemic Krishna or Sunanda) including scaffolding for following 20mm average thickness of polymer modified mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for filling cracks with polymer based chemical (Dr fixit cracks shrink free or equivalent) for cracks not exc 10 mm in width as per manufacturer instruction on wall surfaces on concrete or masonary including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old brocken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frame or stone, concrete or brick surrounding, glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

M&L for 4.0mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane.

M&L for 20 to 25mm machine cut pre polished kota stone slab for steps in single piece with round nosing with three numbers of serration as in treads of steps for staircase laid over cement screed bed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of of the slab including rubbing and including over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 to 25mm machine cut pre polished kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, window cills,dado and pillar laid over cement mortar backing coat jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and including over 10 mm thick Rendering in CM1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut pre polished kota stone slab flooring 20 - 25mm thick over 20mm cement screed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shad of the slab complete all as specified and as directed .

Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with Integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion.water tightness of repaired sunken portion and filling of sunken portion for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accorded for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base ( 100 mm thick ) finished even and fair all as specified.

M& L for 80mm thick Machine pressed precast paver block M-40 grade laid over sand cushioning after consolidation set and levelled the paver block on proper level with inter locking and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment (LAQUER FINISH) etc complete all as specified and as directed Note: sand cushion will be measured separetely .

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25cmX25cmX22mm thick,set jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments and including over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc and as approved by EIC

Cleaning of RCC Water tank at any height ( on accessible/inaccessible on roofs) by removing all scale, dirt, mud ,any foreign material and removing accumulated silt, other dirty substance,algae, fungus and other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank cleaning shall be done by draining / pumping out water/sludes from bottom removing edge and another growth from wall / floor / roof by high pressure cleaning method with jet set and again claening the tank with fresh water .Disinfecting by using UV radiator and approved chemical ( chloriten) After cleaning writing letter/ figures an black ground with white enamel paint of following capacity cleaning of RCC every six months:- (i) Date of cleaning. (ii) Next due date of cleaning. (iii) Remove of the existing lettering / figures completely. The process of claning for the following capacity of water tank:- (a) Cleaning of RCC water tank capacity above 501 but 1000 litres.

All as per item no.83 above but Cleaning of RCC water tank capacity above 1001 but 2000 litres.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of FAST ELECTRODE maintenance free Chemical Earthing of Dual Pipe Technology, each of 3 Meter long with Outer Pipe Diameter of 88mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 1.80mm) and Inner Pipe diameter 48mm (galvanised for 80-120 micron and wall thickness 2.60mm). There shall be terminal of size 75 x 5.20mm for connection with two holes of 14mm diameter. FAST ELECTRODE shall be duly filled with the highly conductive, Non Magnetic, Non Corrosive material and duly sealed at both ends with lead terminal of 75x5.2mm at top. The ELECTRODE shall be of 'make' having approval of CPRI (Central Power Research Institute), Govt of India for a minimum short circuit current of 42 KArms for 1 Second with initial pick of 88.2 KA. The FAST ELECTRODE Earth Enhancing Compound (minimum 25Kg) shall be pored on alround the electrode. The chemical compound to be used shall be as per the manufacturer's instructions of 'Electrode' and as also certified by any BIB (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory.Electrode connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of stainless steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover etc GI protection pipe of suitable size including testing on completion all as specified and directed.Make : Fast Electrode or equivalent as approved by the GE. Notes:- (i) The contractor shall procure the above materials either directly from the manufacturer(s) or their authorised dealers only and shall produce the original purchase vouchers alongwith original manufacturer's test certificates and other authenticated documents in compliance of the provisions as mentioned in the above item. Also all the requisite testing as specified above, in relevant IS and as directed by the GE shall be got done by the contractor. Cost of all the above elements shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. (ii) Any additional quantity of Earth Enhancing Compound in case required to obtain the desired results, the same also be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Govt. and quoted rates of above item shall be deemed to include the above element also. (iii) Necessary earth strip to connect equipment shall also provided by the contractor .
