Providing P.C.C grade M 15 Nominal mix concrete for structures using 20mm size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH including cost towards material, labour, formwork and all other incidental charges for complete finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Removing of AC sheets including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 metres lead.

Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in super structure, parapet walls with cement mortar (1:8) prop (Cement:sand) using Bricks second class or ground moulded (Non-Modular or traditional size) 23 x 11 x 7 cm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 3.5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, cost of excluding seigniorage charges on all materials and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete.

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats using screened sand (with 50% river sand and 50% Manufactured sand) with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental charges on materials, cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding (with MS Jack Prop Cup lock Pipe Scaffolds) , lift charges, curing, cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904)

Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.

Providing Mild Steel Tubes & pipes of all diameters as per IS-1161, of different diameters, cutting, placing in position, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc.,complete for finished item of work.

Painting to new iron works with 2 coats of Synthetic Enamel paints in all shades using ready mixed Synthetic Enamel in all shades Grade - I / Polyurethane full gloss Enamel (IS - 13213) paints having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ Lit. over 1 coat of Red Oxide Primer Paint for iron works of Grade -1 of approved brand to give an even shade after thoroughly cleaning and sand papering the surface to remove all dirt and remains , including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site including cost of primer coat and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete etc., complete.
