Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry or PCC Block, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, including removal debries from the site complete all as as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard rock, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation,laying of cable, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to outside of defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, type B-2, 1:2:4, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M25(Design Mix) using 20mm crushed stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M25(Design Mix) using 20mm crushed stone aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm gaded crushed stone aggregate over 75mm thick hard core of graded aggregate n.exc 63mm well compacted as in plinth protection, finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including filling of expansion joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking ,bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking bends including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 15 here in before but 6 to 8mm dia , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length bent to shape reqd including cranking ,bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking bends including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter(rough finish flat surface of concrete), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete(rough finish flat surface of concrete), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions (rough finish surface of Square, Circular rectangular on plan or polygon ), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite, 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in for columns and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 5cm long,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.60mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised concertina coil dia wire not less than 2.5mm, coil dia not less than 610mm, zinc coating min 275gm/RM, weight of coil not less than 1.4kg/RM including securing and tying with galvanised mild steel wire staples steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for 25mm thick pre-moulded bituminous joint filler to the full width of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated Steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new Steel surfaces of plain or moulded, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F RCC Hume pipe , class NP2, 300mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm dia MS Roller including ball bearing and all attachment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches (total punned depth of sand shall be 18 cm after punning down) complete all as specified and directed. Note: punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 50mm bore for protection of UG Cable with all fittings for passing the UG LT cable under road crossing , along poles, walls and floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick protection layer with one brick wide using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat across the cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated heavy duty multi stranded armoured and PVC sheathing LT cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core confirming to IS-1554 laid in trenches /ducts/along poles/through pipes complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate Item of the schedule.

Supply and erecting in vertical position steel tubular pole type 410 SP-31(9mtr long) with 300mmX300mmX6mm mild steel base plate continously welded to the pole final taper, nuts bolts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminious paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide for the remaining portion and two coat of aluminium paint beyond 1.5m from ground level/coping and making 30cm black and white strips with two coats of super enamlled paint upto 1.5m from ground level/coping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for DB when MCB to be used single pole and neutral 2 way 240 V, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SP 5-32 Amps 10 KA, 240 volt 'C' Series in the MCB DB, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bracket made out of 25mm dia medium grade 1.5m long bent to shape with welded MS flat 40X6mm for mounting of fitting and MS flat iron clamp made out of 40X6mm thick FI nut/bolts ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 4 sq. mm 2 core nominal cross section in service connection from MCB DB to street light fitting/post top lantern fittting, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hot moulded FRP looping/Junction box 280mmX200mm for street light poles with locking arrangement and suitable connection for three phase incomming cable 3 phase outgoing cable and single phase connection for light fitting incl controlled MCB SP 10 Amps -01 Nos enclosed in thermo plastic in closed shocked proof safe IP-65, weather , vermin proof , dust and water proof complete with two nos cable entry inc gland of standard size with suitable size mild steel clamps to fixed on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Schedule of Credit of Rs. 10,70,392.00 will be deducted from total quoted amount while calculating Contract sum.
