WORK SERVICES THROUGH RUNWAY REHABILITATION SCHEME (RRS) UNDER GE (AF) TECH AREA AT AF STN AGRA

M&L for Laying and compacting 200 mm thick in two layers 100 mm each (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber . The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 sq meter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (using paving bitumen VG-30) of consolidated thickness 75mm or less with 4.5% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in automatic hot mix plant, laid by using self propelled mechanical paver & rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete(SDAC) with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight to total mix, Mixed in automatic hot mix plant, laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5%, the same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design, the same shall be regularised as per actual mix design with minus price adjustment for less bitumen at market rate at the time of execution. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat /sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Use & waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surface .

SUPPLY OF CONSTRUCTIONAL MATERIAL

Supply only crushed stone aggregate 12 to 20mm size at AF Stn Agra.

Supply only 20 to 63mm size crushed stone aggregate at AF Stn Agra.

Supply only 90 to 150mm size crushed stone aggregate at AF Stn Agra.

Supply only sand at AF Stn Agra.

Supply of T & P

JCB Machine with rock breaker Heavy Duty (with one driver & one helper) including Fuel for Eight hours duty.

Road Roller Vibration type (with one driver & one helper) including Fuel for Eight hours duty.

Generator 5 KVA Trailer mounted (with one Operator) including Fuel for Eight hours duty.

Stone cutter/ grinder electric operated for Eight hours duty.

Mobile Crane 5/6 ton Hydraulic (with one operator) including fuel for eight hours duty.

Flat Deck Truck 10 ton (with one operator) including fuel for eight hours duty.

Water bowser 6 KL (with one operator) including fuel for eight hours duty.

Fork lift 3 ton (with one operator) including fuel for eight hours duty.

Mobile lighting Trolley 5 KVA (with one operator) including fuel for eight hours duty.

Tractor with trolley (with one operator) including fuel for eight hours duty.

Tipper 8.5 cum (with one operator) including fuel for eight hours duty.

Provision of Manpower

Providing the services of unskilled manpower for 08 Hrs.

Providing the services of Masons for 08 Hrs.

NOTES FOR ITEM NO 8 & 9 :- The contractor shall arrange minimum manpower and tools & plants as per given below within a given time as directed by Engr-in-Charge/GE (i) No's of services of manpower: - 15 to 20 Nos (ii) No's of minimum T&P i.e . a) JCB - 02 Nos, b) Road Roller - 01 Nos, c) Generator - 01 Nos , d) slush pump - 02 Nos , e) stone cutter - 02 Nos, f)Tipper - 03 Nos g) Tractor with trolly - 15 Nos

NOTES FOR ITEM NO 1 TO 9 :- The contractor's quoted unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of following and nothing extra whatsover shall be payable on this account. (i). Contractor will arrange minimum tools, plants and machinery as per SOP of Runway Rehabilitation Scheme (RRS) on short notice of within 06 hrs. (ii) . Building material as per SOP shall be stacked at designated place as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii). SOP is available with AGE B/R-II Tech Area Agra.Contractor may visit AGE B/R-II Tech Area Agra office during working hours to have a look of the SOP before quoting his unit rates. (iv). No claim of contractor whatsoever shall be considered if deployed tools, plants and machinery remain idle/static for three days at work site due to any administrative reasons. (v) .Contractor will also arrange for testing equipments for carrying out testings of FDD (Field Dry Density) through qualified lab technician and also arrange for rapid/speedy moisture meter for determining the moisture contents of sample soil during testing.
