Material shall be delivered directly to consignee on door delivery basis. Offers not confirming to this tender condition may be considered unresponsive. 3. Tenderers/Bidders should go through the condition for tender document w.e.f.23.12.2020 (and all its corrigenda) available in the IREPS website before submitting their offer. 4. Tenderers are required to submit their offers by filling up the e-tender form on the website itself after making the payment of the requisite Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), unless exempted as per provisions under Para 6.0 of Section-I of ECOR tender conditions 5. Tenderers other than those who are eligible for exemption from paying Earnest Money as detailed in Para 6.1 of Section I of ECoR tender conditions shall be required to pay Earnest Money Deposit on or before tender opening date, failing which their offers shall be summarily rejected. EMD should be submitted online only through the payment gateway as available on IREPS website. 6. In order to avail MSME benefit, the bidder should submit latest UDYAM registration certificate.
