Supply and laying in trenches/Floor or fixed to Pole/Wall GI pipe light grade with fitting of size 40 mm bore for protection of cable including dismantling existing pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old UNSV XLPE cable & Material and labour for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wal or fixed to LT panel board, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 16 Sqmm 2 core with required aluminium cable lugs complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through twin core, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated flat / round aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed 6 Sqmm 2 core nominal cross section complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 6mm thick of size 600x600 mm buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 2.25 mtr from GL, connected with galvanised iron strip 32x6mm all as shown in Electrical Plate No-3 of relevant SSR, connected to the earthing test point, concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with RCC precast pit cover slab 400mmx400mmx50mm with handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS rod, funnel, wiremesh, 50 mm dia light grade GI tubing for protection of GI Strip 32x6mm, charcoal and salt in alternate 150mm thick layers around GI earth plate, including necessary returning filling in & removal all as specified or indicated in SSR Part-I, including testing to achieve earth resistance value as per IS specification on completion complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI strip 32 x 6 mm for extension of earth and connected to equipment or panel complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCCB 615 Amps 4 Pole, 50 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz adjustable type and connecting up in the existing panel location including taking out existing unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing single automatic street light switch suitable for 3KW load complete with two numbers in fared sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street/ security lights with one number two pole power contractor 40 Amps (Type MU40-2P, Cs90119) with coil voltage 220/240 V and incoming MCBs single pole - 01 No, outgoing MCBs single pole - 01 No of rating 32 Amps & circuit wiring with single core multi standard of size 10 sq mm lighting switch operation should be based on natural light lux level, Required luminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux. The sensor (one service and one stand by) should also have part night operation facility for 4,5,6---11&12 hours. The sensor along with suitable power contractor (S), incoming and outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of Rust proof, Electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade confirming to IP66 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting after proper shutdown all electrical connections, loading , unloading into transport to civil workshop for dismantling of servo voltage stabilizer of the following capacities for complete servicing, relacement of unserviceable spares & refitting at same location in same position. including dimmer stat rewinding complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1. Replacement of unserviceable spares shall be measured as supply only & paid separately under relevant item of CA. .

M & L for dry Sand cushioning in trenches for protection of cable including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be considerd for measurment purpose

M & L for well burnt Brick sub class 'B' old size laying in trenches perpendicular to axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. (-) 419362.40 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
