Supply, laying , jointing & testing of HT XLPE cable 95 Sqmm 3 core, 11000 volt grade (earthed) screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured (Heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor ISI marked IS-7098 (Part-I) 1977 and part-II of 1985 laid in pipe / ducts/ trenches under floor and road or fixed to wall etc including taking down existing cable of any size & type etc complete all as specified & directed.(Note:- Excavation , earthwork, sand filling and brick for protection of cable to be measured & paid under respective item.)

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI tubing 40 mm bore medium grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM (weighing n.less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing , all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, Extensible Outdoor Fixed Type (IP64), RMU (Ring main unit) 3-way comprising of 1 No 630 Amps, Motorised Load Break Switches (Comprising One No. Incomers) & 2 Nos. Vacuum Circuit Breaker as Outgoing, inside robotically / manually welded stainless steel (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having min. thickness 2 mm having IP 67 Degree of Protection. RMU should be provided with Copper busbars internal, external as well as earthing busbars should be of copper, Resin cast ring core protection CT on cables 100/1 Amp, 5P10, 2.5 VA - 3 No's. & Resin cast ring core metering CT 50/1 Amp, Cl 1.0, 2.5 VA - 3 No's. on cables, one number fault passage indicator per unit, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for Internal arc test of 20kA/1 sec as per IEC62271-200. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site. Relay should have facility to trip the breaker from remote commands without shunt trip coil, Last 5 Fault Record with Time stamp, battery pack replaceable from front. Transformer VCB should be provided with protection scheme for transformer faults like OTI, WTI & Buchholz's relay alaram & trip, along with annunciation & lock-out function Bus Connected PT Unit -1 No. for Metering consisting of following:-

(i) Type M: Air Insulated metering module 12KV, 630A, 20KA for 3sec. (D) LED based Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 9-15 kV Necessay interclocking arrangement for safety and operations LBS shall be of ratings 12 KV, 630 A, 20 KA for 3 Sec. (E) One No. Operationg Handle for Manual Operation. (F) One No. Manometer. (G) Safety Interlocks Shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS Standards and Manufacturers directions. (H) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards. (I) Manual operation of Load Break switch should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU. The motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be outside front covers of RMU. Coupling of RMU and Metering module should be with the help of Bolted type arrangement, so that the coupling at site shall be easy. Plug-in type bushing shall not be acceptable. (J) The Cable termination of RMU should be rear accessible only. And minimum 3 module should accommodate in one tank to avoid multiple coupling at site (K) PCC 1:2:4. type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for foundation of RMU as per recommendations of manufacturers of directed by EIC. Note (i) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been required essential for smooth and safe functioning of the RMU system shall be quoted rate.Make: AREVA/ L&T/SIEMENS/SCHNEIDER (ii) The RMU will be tested at site by primary injection test system and submit the test report.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV , HT panel 400 Amps ,minimum 13.10 KA Rupturing Capacity indoor insulated floor mounted, VCB switch gear with copper bus bars comprising 2 incoming, 2 bus coupler and 2 outgoing, the coupling should be at the top of panel through bolted connection & Sleeves bus bars covered with insulated boots. All live parts, bus bar , VCB will be enclosed in steel tank filled with IP class IP 67 , as per latest IEC 62271-200. Make:Siemens/Schneider/Areva/Alsthom (a) All VCB's shall be motorized with 110 V DC control voltage to operate two position double spring mechanism. Each VCB shall have green (on)/ Red (off) push buttons to operate & Live cable LED indicators through voltage dividers mounted on the bushing. (b) The earthing shall be provided in each cable compartment to provide solid earthing for the cable shield . Each VCB(except bus Coupler) incoming and outgoing shall be equipped with digital MFM to measure Amps , Volts , Frequency, PF, KWH , KVAR etc & 3 O/C +1 E/F self powered numerical protection relay with low and high set for over current and Earth Fault . Relay should have facility to display the maximum loaded phase current also. Relay shall record minimum 5 faults records with time stamping or as per manufacturer design. © The switch gear shall have built in programming logic using reputed make PLC for automatic changeover between two motorized incomer VCB & one bus coupler VCB and shall derive voltage reference from incoming supply in respective incomer. (d) PLC shall also be wired to all VCB's to monitor open/close status . The unit shall be supported with power pack of 110 Volt battery with battery charger (110 volt DC output ) for supply backup for PLC & motor operation . The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. (e) TWO Nos. incomer 400 Amp VCB along with off load isolator and fault making type earthing switch. Resin cast ring dual core dual ratio type CT's 100-50/1 or 5 Protection Class 5P10- set and PT 11 KV/110 volt AC on each incoming.

(f) Two Nos. outgoing 400 Amp VCB along with off load isolator and fault making type earthing switch. Resin cast ring dual core dual ratio type CT's 100-50/1 or 5 Protection Class 5P10- & Metering 100-50/1 or 5, CI 1.0-1 sets on each outgoing (g) Two Bus coupler capacity 400 Amp VCB between two incomer and outgoning of with LED type Indicators for On OFF, RYB type Phase Indicators, without CT. PT and Relays Note:(i) Configuration and Schematics arrangement of Panel Shall be got approved from Garrison Engineer before fabrication. (ii) Any other parts/items not specified above but have been required essential for smooth and safe functioning of the Panel system shall be quoted rate (iii) The VCB/RMU will be tested as site as primer.

Supplying, fixing cable path indicator of CI plate of minimum 150 mm dia and 4 mm thick indicating HT cable size and volatge written on it , fixed on MS angle iron of size 25 x 25 mm x 6 mm and length of 600 mm duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer through out length and thereafter it will be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel and bituminus paint of browon clour including PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm stone aggreagte of block size 150 x 150 x 450 mm deep complete all as specified and directed

Supply ,install, commissioning and testing step down power transformer indoor type, HT 11 KV , 3 Phase 433 Volts, 4 wire, 50 HZ Delta /Star connected, vector group DYN -II double copper wound , ONAN , manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage of + 7.5% in steps of 2.5%, continuous rating of capacity 160 KVA including bushing on HT and cabel end box on LT side. The transformer shall conforming to IS-1180 part 1 : 2014 and BEE certified complete with all standard fittings and accesssories, gauges, first filling of transformer oil etc complete all as specified and as directed (For S/S No -02).Make :- CG/Schnider/ITE Gurgown (a) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap drain valve and oil level gauge. (b) Silica gel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent. (c) Explosion relief mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equalizer pipe connected to conservator air spoon (Pressure release valve.) (d) Air release plug. (e) Oil temperature indicator (gauge) having range 00 C to 1200, 100 mm dial type . (f) Thermometer pocket with thermometer dial size 100 mm dia. (g) Drain valve with threaded adapter. (h) Sampling valve. (j) Cover lifting eyes. (k) Jacking pads, handling and lifting lugs. (l) Rollers type four No. Wheels. (m) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (n) HT bushing on 11 KV side and cable end box on LT side. Also extra bushing for neutral outside the LV side. (o) Hand hole of sufficient size to assess the interior of the tank. (p) First filling of transformer oil.

q) Platform constructed with PCC/Brick work and finished with cement mortar 1:4 as per manufacturer recommendations length, width and height shall be 3000 mm x 3000 mm x 1750 mm. (Foundation depth should be 750 mm from ground level) 125 mm thick RCC slab (1:2:4) Type B-1 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate on top of the platform. Reinforcement should be 10 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both way. 2 Nos ISMB 150 of length should be place below the wheel of transformer. Make of Transformer : Schneider/AREVA/Crompton Greaves/ VOLTAMP/ITE Gurgaon Note No1: Contractor shall arrange for factory visit for Rep of Accepting Officer to check Routine tests as Per IS: 2026 and including the following. (i) Double voltage /Double frequency Test (ii) Full load Test (iii) Regulation Test (iv) Efficiency Test (v) Polarity Test &Other Type & Routine test as per IS (vi) Water load test at site. Note No. 2. The cost etc for testing of transformer shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

The maximum temperature rise 115 degree calsius by winding resistance method after continuous full load on an ambient temp of 50 degree Celsius. The transformer shall be confirming to IS: 1180: 2014 and shall comprise of the following:- (a) Rating and diagram plate. (b) Two earthing terminals in two side. (c) Lifting lugs .(d) Off circuit link board. (e) Base channel with Bi- directional Rollers. (f) Danger board (g) 100 mm dial type thermometer. (h) Cable entry boxes etc complete as reqd.

Supply install testing and commissioning of Diesel engine driven genrating set 415 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, engine as per IS : 10001/10002 and alteranator as per IS 13364 complete with relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy including foundation complete for base of DG Set etc of capacity 160 kVA. Tools and spares complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following :- (a) Engine: Diesel engine, developing required BHP @ 1500 RPM for continuous duty of suitable for 160 KVA alternator with provision of 10% over load for one hour in every 12 hour running confirming to BS 5514/ISO 3046 standard. Totally enclosed, electric start, compression ignition, 4 stroke. The engine shall consists of following specification :- The scope of supply includes: -Electrical starter motor 12V DC -Battery charging alternator -MICO fuel system with mechanical governor -Dual spin-on fuel filter -Spin-on full flow lub oil filter -Residential silencer -Dry type air cleaner -Recovery bottle -Shut-off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT -Flywheel and flywheel housing (i) Alternator: suitable for operation at 1500 RPM, 415 Volts, 0.8 pf (lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, conforming to BS 5000 / IS 4722.
