Disconnecting the electric cable from the terminal box of upto 5HP motor, disconnecting the motor from them pump, remove the motor from the foundation bed and taking out the motor and transporting to authorised work shop and performing following works as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt copper winding /fiber strip/insulating materials and worn out ball bearing - 2 Nos (ii) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials/fiber strip/varnishing and made terminal connection of fiber glass coated wire. (iii) Replacement of ball bearing - 2 Nos (iv) Assembling the motor and painting with two coat of primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking flow of water and MES NO all as per norms and all as specified and as directed as directed by the engr-in-charge. (v) Transporting to the motor to the site refixing on foundation channel with new bolts and nuts, coupling the pump and motor with correct alignment apply grease and connecting electrical connections testing complete alll as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge

All as per item No. 82 but Disconnecting the electric cable from the terminal box of 10 to 15HP motor, disconnecting the motor from them pump, remove the motor from the foundation bed and taking out the motor and transporting to authorised work shop as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Disconnect the electrical connection,Lifting the submersible pumpset with 50mm GI pipe from 500 to 700 feet depth bore well up to 7.5 HP capacity and dismantling the pump set and rewinding the submerssible motor with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge replacing the damaged impeller, bearing , bushes, stainer as per exisiting size and assembiling the same including necessary lathe works, fixing the motor and proper insulation, connecting and testing with applying one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint and lowering the same and testing and commissioning all as directed at specified by the Engr-in-charge

Disconnect the electrical connection,Lifting the submersible pumpset with 50mm GI pipe from 500 to 700 feet depth bore well 10 to 15 HP capacity and dismantling the pump set and rewinding the submerssible motor with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge replacing the damaged impeller, bearing , bushes, stainer as per exisiting size and assembiling the same including necessary lathe works, fixing the motor and proper insulation, connecting and testing with applying one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint and lowering the same and testing and commissioning all as directed at specified by the Engr-in-charge. Note : for items Nos 89 & 90 : Quoted rates is inclusive of necessary to and for transporation of pumpset to workshop.

Removing the defective single phase preventer from star/delta starter and supply and fixing new single phase preventer suitable for various capacity of motors 5/7.5 /15/25 HP(Make : L&T or equivalent)

Taking down carefully electric driven centrifugal / Monoblock pump 5 to 25 HP from foundation/ MS channel after disconnecting suction/ delivery lines/main electric supply from motor starter panel for replacement of ball bearing -02 Nos as per existing size at site / nearest repairing workshop including bring back and reassembling the same complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully electric driven Motor 5 to 25 HP from foundation/ MS channel after disconnecting suction/ delivery lines/main electric supply from motor starter panel for replacement of ball bearing -02 Nos as per existing size at site / nearest repairing workshop including bring back and reassembling the same complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair the star/delta starter fully automatic starter including replacing with new spares ie. Contactor, timer, relays etc suitable for existing make and capacirty of ML1/ML2/ML3/ML4/ML1.5/MK1. Note : Spares shall be measured and paid separately.

NOTE FOR SL ITEM NO. 121 and 122 :- (i) Rate is deemed to be inclusive of all necessary chemicals / cleaning agents, chlorine granules (90%), alum, copper sulphate, soda ash, bleaching powder etc., of approved make. (ii) Pump operator will be provided by the department. (iii) Rate also deemed to be inclusive of weekly water sample test of above parameters from Government approved NABL recognised lab. (iv) If any blockage occurred in the suction/ delivery pipe / back wash pipe , the contrcator has to recify the blockage / obstruction and the rate of the same shall be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Register for daily consupmption of chemicals such as calcum hypo, alum, soda ash, bleaching powder, copper sulphate to be maintained by the contractor & initials of Engr in Charge/User to be endorsed regularly.

M&L for Cleaning the swimming pool of capacity 18 lakhs ltrs once in a week all around and bottom of pool to remove the algae, by means of scrapping/ scrubbing the walls with wire brush, removing the sediments deposited at bottom with the help of suction sweeper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning the swimming pool of capacity 8 Lakh Litres once in a week all around and bottom of pool to remove the algae, by means of scrapping/ scrubbing the walls with wire brush, removing the sediments deposited at bottom with the help of suction sweeper complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR SL ITEM No 121 & 122:- (i) suction sweeper required for the cleaning will be provided by the department, but replacement of sweeper brush and minor repairs/gernal services rates of will be deemed in the quoted rate. (ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of all necessary chemicals /cleaning agents etc.

Servicing pressure filter of capacity 90000 LPH by opening pressure filter and taking down filter media of different sizes approximately (10000 Kg) carefully, opening the strainer and reset the same after replacement of filter media cleaning filter nozzles with pressure water, refill the filter bed with fresh media and cleaning the pebbles/ 20 mm/10mm /40 mm/2 mm topping up the short fall with new media, servicing the backwash system, replacing the u/s pressure gauge, testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed.

Servicing pressure filter of capacity 60000 LPH by opening pressure filter and taking down filter media of different sizes approximately (7000 Kg) carefully, opening the strainer and reset the same after replacement of filter media cleaning filter nozzles with pressure water, refill the filter bed with fresh media and cleaning the pebbles 20 mm/10mm /40 mm/2 mm topping up the short fall with new media, servicing the backwash system, testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning balancing tank of swimming pool of capacity 50000 ltrs complete with:- (i) Cleaning the balancing tank with high pressure water jet to remove all masses, algae and dirt (ii) Taking out dirt and sludge with sludge machine and disposing the same to a safe distance. (iii) Scrubbing the internal walls/floor with industrial vacuum cleaner. (iv) Applying anti bacterial sterilization to walls and floor of balancing tank.

Supply in replacement for PVC hose pipe 50 mm dia.

Removing the UNSV motor starter by disconnecting incoming / outgoing supply and S&F DOL motor starter MK1 type suitable for 10 HP motor. Make-L&T Cat No DOL SS96211 or its equivalent
