Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars,etc,but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors, slabs, beams staircase, landings, chajjas & similar suspended work, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of drain pipes, or for manhole, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

All as per item No. 6 above but depth exc. 1.50 m but n. exc. 3 m.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting outcomplete all as specified

Excavating in post holes(or similar holes)in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cu.m getting out, returning, filling in and remming with broken rubble around, in layer n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distence n.exc 50m and making good surface

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2, laid and jointed completed with collar of 150 mm dia including dismantling old sewage pipe of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
