Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any portion not otherwise specifically provided for as directed.

Supply and fix pre- painted coloured galvalume sheet with total coated thickness (TCT) of sheet not less than 0.5mm, multirib TM profile, minimum 550 Mpa yield strength having maximum pitch of 250 mm c/c and minimum 28 mm crest depth as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including providing crimp at eaves level shape of crimp (end/ eversed) complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall include provision of end flashing and no extra payment with regard to this provision will be made to the contractor.

Supply and fix plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.8 mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bands, straps, supports or stays for eves, valley gutter, rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), wall ties and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled sections conforming to Fe-410 W of A quality as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 mm thick plain, black, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) including cutting/ bending to required shape abd welding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel work as in wind ties, hold fast and brackets for holding boardings including securing bolts etc, steel conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

Material and labour for false ceiling work of aluminium snap grid system size 605x605 mm for false ceiling with aluminium angles of size 23.5 mm x 23.5 mm x 1.5 mm fixed to wall with GI screws and aluminium tee of size 37.5x37.5x1.5mm in main and cross runners fixed 60 cm c/c and tied to existing roof/truss/ rafters complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non asbestos fibre cement building boards 4 mm thick (one side embosed design), fixed or laid/ inserted to Aluminium grid frame work in ceiling with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hanging of aluminium false ceiling grid with 4mm dia GI wire(upto necessary required length & 1.2 Mtr c/c) fixed to slopping roof (rafter/purlin/trusses) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling old false ceiling boards of any description fixed in any position with nails including cover fillets/ aluminium snap grid and refixing the same ceiling boards in position after the completion of roof work and making good to the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing 15mm bore and connections from walls and ceiling or laid in floor including cleaning for refixing or removal to storecomplete all as specified and directed.

Re-fixing old serviceable steel tubing 15mm bore and supply of new fittings as required at site and fixed in new or old position (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to wall, ceiling or laid in floor with suitable clamps & nuts etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable water tank of capacity 500 ltrs. n. exc. 1000 ltrs of any description and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Rotational moulded polyethylene three layered water storage tanks of 1000 ltr capacity (cylinderical vertical with closed top ) hoised and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs ball brass valves, of 20mm dia of pipe high pressure with polythelene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tar felt including, plasters wire brushing and cleaning of any description over the surfaces of roof, terraces including flashing and junction of parapets/kerbs walls etc and removing off the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500 but n. exc. 1.5 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) complete from existing RCC roof slab of any description and any thickness and removing of the rubbish to a distance exc. 500 m but n. exc. 1.5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in filleting/padding and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) on RCC slab to fill up undulations and to achieve uniform slope, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering/ screed bed 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces either roof or vertical surfaces of ht n exc 300 mm mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as per directed Note:- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separatel

Supply only Liquid water proofing admixture complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces thoroughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as given her in after:- (a) Applying one coat of Bituminious primer @ 0.3 ltr per Sqm confirming to IS 3384-1986 on roof surfaces prior laying APP membrane. Supply & fix in repairs and connecting up LED light fittings 1x18/20 watt 4 feet long complete with LED rod 18/20 watt, spring loaded rotary holder, connector etc. complete and connecting up with and including 23/00.0076 size 3 core copper flexible wire from connector to ceiling rose/adoptor including all necessary fixing arrangements complete. Make : Crompton fitting DMLN1LT8-16, 1X18/20W and LED rode LT8-20-865-2 or equivalent in Phillips, Havells, Wipro as approved

Refitting of serviceable light fitting any type and wattage obtained vide item no 12 above complete and connecting up with and including 23/00.0076 size 3 core copper flexible wire from connector to ceiling rose/adoptor including all necessary fixing arrangements complete all as directed.

Disconnect & insulate electric supply wire and taking down carefully ceiling fan/exhaust fan any make any sweep dismantling and complete overhauling including oiling, greasing replacement of cotter pins, painting with one coat of synthetic enamel white paint after cleaning dust/dirt & writing MES No. and hanging/fixing the ceiling fan/exhaust fan to its original position of 3 core copper conductor cable PVC insulated & sheathed from ceiling rose to fan connector including replacement of clamps rubber shackle & top and bottom nut, bolt washers complete testing as directed.

Dismantling and taking down Serviceable main switches/ MCBs/DBs enclosures /electric meter etc any type and capacity and keeping in safe custody and refitting after completing B/R works including making good to the disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs sub main wiring with PVC insulated un armoured heavy duty copper conductor 1100 Volts FRLS grade 2 single core 2.5Sq.mm cable and one run of 2.5 Sqmm copper earth wire for continuous earth fixed on wall/ceiling/floor etc. drawn in PVC casing capping/ PVC non metallic conduit complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fix in repairs Sub main wiring with PVC insulated un armoured heavy duty copper conductor 1100 Volts FRLS grade 2 single core 1.5Sq.mm cable and one run of 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire for continuous earth fixed on wall/ ceiling/ floor etc. drawn in PVC casing capping/ PVC non metallic conduit complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for insulator porcelain/ polycarbonate with suitable fixing arrangements for roof and down conductor duly insulated from wall surface/ roof complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for fixing air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof and down conductor isolated from building above ground level

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fix light grade GI tube 20mm dia after cutting in to required length for fixing air termination including fixing arrangements all as specified

Material and labour for fixing arrangements for GI tube using PCC 1:3:6 C1 (20 mm graded aggregate) all as directed.

Material and labour inrepairs for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6 mm through GI pipe of suitable dia light grade by means of bolts,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel,with adequate quantity of charcoal and salt, proper watering arrangements including 20 mm dia medium grade GI tubing.PCC chamber,Chamber Cover all as shown in electrical plate no 3of SSr part I 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion. The end point connection of eatrhing will be carried out with the help of GI bolt grouted and washer and nut all as directed.

Supply & fix aluminium strip 32x6 mm burried under ground through GI pipe of 40mm dia light grade with fittings like bend elbow etc including connecting with nuts, bolts, washers etc all as specified

Taking down existing GI tube 20mm dia after cutting in to required length for fixing air termination including fixing arrangements all as specified and directed .

Labour only for refixing of aluminium srtrip of size 25x3.15 mm with saddles as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 32 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving lum Sum for Acceptance.
