Periodical Maintenance to PWD road to Jurubudi for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates using IRC GR-III size granite metal to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requsite type of screening / blinding materials as crusher dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 06 Kg/sqm using mechanical clause 502 as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.3 Kg/sqm using mechanical clause 503 of MOSRT & H specifications for raod and bridge works(4th. revision) as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.2 Kg/sqm using mechanical clause 503 of MOSRT & H specifications for raod and bridge works(4th. revision) as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing Surface dressing with 12 Kg penetration grdae of bitumen and 0.15 cum of 19mm nominal size chips per sqm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR but excluding cost and conveyance of chips. (To be used for minor repair works Unit= Sqm)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Maintenance of Km stone & 200mtr by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1910 of MORD as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Maintenance of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cautionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as perdrawings and technical specification Clause 1910 of MORD as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Maintenance of Hume pipe Culvert by way of Clearing, Cleaning, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1908 of MORD and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per MORD technical specifications Clause 1915 as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards of size upto 0.90 Sqm. as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and MORD technical Specification Clause 300,800,1700 as per direction of the Engineer in charge (Inter mediate Board)

Supplying and fixing 15 cm dia 1.00 m long guard post of RCC M20 using 3.5 kg. of steel for each guard post with 20 mm down graded granite chips including cost of all materials, reinforcement, centering, shuttering and watering etc. complete.
