Dismantling floor & hearth wall tiling including cement motar bedding of any description laid bedded and pointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7mm thick area of each tiles exeeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed neat cemet slury and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed. (Notes : Screed bed measured and paid separately)

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450x350x 7mm) thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc. set and jointed neat cemet slury and pointed in coloured cement to match the colouring tile complete all as specified and as directed. (Notes : Plaster shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, on flooring,skirting all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/stone or concrete surfaces for backing of dado/skirting complete all as specified and directed

M&L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) of any description and in any postion not otherwise spcifically provided etc. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris from site complete all as spcified and as directed.

M & L 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound FOSROC's complast 421 IC @ 130ml per bag of cement including a bonding coat of FOSROC's Nito bond AR cement slurry for roofcslab/ floor complete all as specified and directed (liquid water proofing compound are measure seperately)

Material and Labour for cleaning the surface of sunken floor portion of WC, Bathroom etc., with wire brush, washing with hydrochloric acid to remove dust, dirt, oil, grease, loose particles etc., and providing water proofing treatment to sunken floor by applying first layer of slurry of cement @0.488 kg/Sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious (PMC) composite compound @ 0.253kg/Sqm and second layer of slurry of cement 0.242 kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @0.126kg /Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) 40 mm thick as in sub base to floor complete all as specified and as directed.
