Note: Cost of transportation of waste materials shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

Machine cut kota stone slab, (minimum size shall be 550x550mm), flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab, (size shall in one length), 12mm thick, as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, and including laid over screed bed or back plastering layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for repairs to sunken floor/ slab with the following specifications:- (a) Demolition of PCC and taking out old brick bat fillihng and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate averaging 50mm thick as in sunken floor,with proper slope towards GI spout. Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required area not exc 150cm, The dia of GI Spuot pipe shall be 50mm Medium grade. The minimum length of Spout shall be 500mm and if any spout comes above chajja than the length of the spout shall be more than Chajja projection. Ends of Spout shall be tippered and any cutting through brick/ RCC structure shall be done by the Contractor and rates are deemed to be included of this aspects. (c) providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (d) Damp proof course on horizontal / Vertical surfaces with preparation & applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material @ 10.67 lts per 10 sqm of Make : smart care Damp proof of M/s asian paint or equivelent for water proofing compound. (e) Graded Brick bats filling under sunken floor. (f) PCC 1:3:6,type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick, over brick bats filling as in subbase to receive tiles. Note:- (i) For payment purpose only floor area shall be measured and entire work shall be carried out to the dimensions as directed by Engr-in-Chrage to meet the purpose. all aspect shall be deemed to be included in unit rates and nothing extra shall be admissible from the Deptt.. (ii) After Coating of Water proofing compound ponding test shall be carried out by filling the sunken surface with water for 72 Hrs and get approved by Engr-in-Charge if any leakage/ seepage noticed the Contractor will re do the whole process without any extra payment. (iii) Cost of PCC , M-15, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for chamfering the edges and rounding the sides as directed by Engr-in-Charge shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
