Oil Cooled, copper wound, Step down "BIS marked & BEE star labelled " transformer of capacity 250 KVA plinth mounted outdoor type with latest feature complete with standard fitted HT 11 KV 3 phase, LT 433 V 3, phase 4 wire, 50 C/S oil immerse, naturally cooled externally cooling tube delta connection on primary HT 11 KV side and star connection on secondary LT 433 Volts with 7 position off circuit tap changer on HV side and to be changed by means of hand operated off load changing gear (tapping range + 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector group Dyn-11, including first filling of new transformer oil of dilectric strength not less than 55 KV with all fitting and accessories such as LT box with cable gland, HT box with cable gland, Silica gel breather, Oil level indicator gauge, drain out valve (oil tank), exhaust vent, air release valve, temp gauge, cast iron wheel etc comply with Energy efficient level (EEL 2) (Two) as per IS 1180 (Part-1) 2014 with amendment 1, 2, 3 and 4 having total losses @ 50% load 920 Watt and total losses @ 100% load 2700 Watt. Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

GI light grade pipe of 80 mm for cable protection with fittings fixed on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and erection truly in vertical position steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finaial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00m long) including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled, and making alternate white & black strips each 30cm wide upto 1.5 m above from coping including taking down old PCC pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Air break gang operated switch triple pole, mechanically operated, complete with drop out fuse having 12 insulators ,mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 amps, 11000 Volts with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

HT lightening arrester metal oxide type (gap less) for out door use complete with all fittings and fixing arrangements transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for 11000 Volts including brackets, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and connecting to earth wire 4mm dia GI with manufacturers test certificate complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for errection of HT/LT poles laying of HT/LT underground cables and provisionn of stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.
