M&L for defect rectification in HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. Excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 300 Sqmm 3 core. The fault located equipment will be brought to site within 02 hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-Charge complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for Srl. Item No.33 : (i) The contractor shall bring the fault locating equipment at site with in 02 hours of instructions received from Engineer -in- charge and he shall ensure that the fault is rectified with in 24 hours of receipt of intimation from Engineer-in-charge failing which recovery of Rs. 500.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contractors dues w.e.f the time immed -iately after the expiry of 24 hours duration.(ii) For the purpose of payment one unit of “each job” shall comprise of detection of faults in a particular stretch of cable which are identified in that particular stretch , irrespective of number of defects / faults in that particular stretch which are detected during fault detection and the contractors unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and all such defects / faults which are detected in that particular stretch shall be considered as one unit. (iii.) Joints , jointing materials and cable required shall be measured and paid for separately.

Disconnecting the electric supply to the transformer, opening the top cover of 11 KV/0.433KV step down transformer upto 500 KVA capacity by removing the inspection cover/top cover, decanning of the transformer oil upto required level for replacement of LT/HT bush from the shell and replacement for burnt out/ unserviceable LT/HT bush, studs and gasket of buchholes to avoid leakge of oil, refilling of oil into the transformer after required repair works complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a). HT /LT metal studs, HT/LT bushes and gaskets will be measured and paid seperately under respective items here-in after. (b). Replacement of unserviceable bolts, nuts and washers are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & fix of HT porcelain bush suitable for any make of transformers upto 500 KVA capacity complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of transformer upto 500 KVA including connected LT bus duct in the transformer room with synthatic enameled grey paint by using spray gun machine after removing all dust and rust. and writing date of paint with black synthetic enamel paint complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling of fresh transformer oil in transformers having diaelectric strength 45 KV in 3 mm gap including testing complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :-M&I MATERIAL (MIDEL) POWER LINK/POWER OIL/SAVITA.

Purification, filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of transformer installed at various indoor/outdoor sub station by ultra high vaccum filtration machine with stream line filtration plant at a temp 60 to 70 deg. celsius and achieving minimum dieectric withstand strength of 60 KV for 1 minute in 2.5 mm gap setting (for used oil) complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix digital type Ammeter of size 96X96 mm on HT panel as that of existing range model to suit to existing CT ratio 100/1A including taking out unserviceable one connectiong testing and commissioning complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note-(i) Rewiding of HT/LT coil any type/material, dihydretion of transformer oil reassembling after repair etc.will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of the schedule. (ii) Spare part shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only and cost of fixing and connection of spare shall be deemend to included in the quoted rate of the above items.
