Providing and fitting of new gate leaf/winch machines (02/05 ton cap.) and their machinery parts in lieu of damaged ones on Tawi and Ravi Canal

Providing/Fabrication and fitting of complete 03 No. 2 ton cap. new winch machines C.I. painted with 01 coat of red oxide primer and 02 coats of paint of light blue color including 01 no. worm gear, 01 No. main/spur gear, 01 No. Stem rod with duly cut threads and drilled holes for its engagement with gate structure for smooth vertical operation of the gate, rain protection pipe to prevent seepage of water into the gear/junction box, lower and upper stem rod housings integrated with the gear/junction box, 02 Nos. bearings , fasteners, base plate, 01 No. regulating handle etc. as per the size and specifications of the dismantled machines and their constituent machinery parts. The job further comprises transporting the winch machines from the workshop to the road side near canal in a load carrier and further shifting from the road side to the installation site with the help of manual labor wherever necessary. Assembling and installation of the winch machines and its parts at respective sites in their embodiments with the help of necessary tools and tackles and testing the same on load after complete oiling and greasing of winch machine and other moving parts with good quality ISI marked lubricants for their smooth functioning required for the complete execution for replacement of winch machines at different locations. The job constitutes dismantling of complete 03 No. old winch machines installed on the Tawi/Ravi canal/distributary system from its hoisting with the help of necessary tools, tackles and other necessary equipments after removing and disposing the trash/bushes wherever necessary, and shifting all the material to the road side with the help of labour and further to the workshop in a load carrier The locations are mentioned herein under :-D-10 Malsha, D-18 Minor-II, Basantar-II on Ravi Canal.
