Taking down wooden chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note – The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

Material & Labour for Non-skid light coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for vitrified double charged (premium quality) light colored of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 8 to 10 mm thick in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and inted in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F double charged vitrified light coloured tiles 600mm x 100mm, 8-10mm thick as in skriting, dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, color shade match with floor tile and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), complete all as specified.

M&L 25mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in floor, rough Finished complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for light colored glazed ceramic tiles of size 600x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in ement mortar 1:4 as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Granite work (Z black/Telephonic black) 16-18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre polished Kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick (of size not less than 55 cm x 55 cm in flooring and 120 cm x 25 cm in treads) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including half round edge moulding, over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) base including rubbing and mirror polishing, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for pre polished Kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick (of length not less than 55 cm in skirting and 120 cm in risers) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) but as in vertical surfaces such as skirting and risers over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for 50 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection with fair finished complete. Note : Joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surface of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces or stone walls upto tripple storey bldgs in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound using as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. This layer shall be allowed to be cured for 4 hours and then applying in second layer slurry of cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer based modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer shall be allowed to be cured for 4 hours, including taking down old/existing treatment with wire brushing and clearing the dust and foreign material before new treatment, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of acrylic based polymer based modified cementitious composite compound or through autherized specialized agency which willl further have to give five years warranty for rectification of any defects if incurred at later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contrctor if water proofing treatment is executed by engaging local labour.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, copings, apex stones,side of interlocking tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type E2(1:5:10) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate filled in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on roof top including WPC as per manufacturers instructions to achieve the slop required, with minimum thickness of 25mm consolidated and finished even and fair without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for Non Approachable roofs- (a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster. (b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces. (c) One layer of polymeric water proofing membrane Min 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm consisting 90 micron thicken of central core shall be unrolled surfaces with lap of 100 mm and the over lap shall be sealed by flame. Taking down old Sheet metal enclouser and supply and fix new sheet metal enclouser cubical type factory fabricated made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with front side openable single door system powder coated painted to shade RAL 7032, PL Gasket, hinged single door ,IP-55 mounting plate made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel and earth bolts etc. of size 600x500x200mm all as speceified & directed by Engr-in- charge. Note :-- Cost of any minor modification if required in fixing of the sheet metal enclouser as per site requirement and making good the disturbed surfaces matching with existing finish, will be deemed to be included in the cost of this item.

Taking down and refixing electric water heater,storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate,NRV, connection piece etc. with MES stores and refixing the geysers at same place with fasteners/ nut bolts, PVC pipe connesctions as required at site, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
