Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 35KVA/28 KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 V , 50 Hz, Silent D.G.set confirm to ISO 8528 specification and should meet CPCB norms complete as detailed below:-

CUMMINS make engine model X2.7TAA-G7,4 cylinders, inline, 4 stroke cycle, Water cooled turvo charged after cooled , developing 53- BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS:5514 :1982. The engine shell be provided with electrical starting arrangement & shell give the electrical output of 35 KVA/ 28- KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 volts at the alternator terminal.complete in all respect ro the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The Engine shall be mounted on side mounting type base frame fabrication from suitable M.S. channel suitable machined to ensure prefect alignment of the engine and alternator with rigid construction and necessary reinforcement on plinth size(11'x5'x6") with 1:2:4 cement concrete to ensure minimum vibrations. The engine shall comprise of following accessories.

Alternator :-

Stamford(CGT) make single bearing alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 35 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415 volts, 0.8 power factor(lag) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase ,4wire system confirming to BS5000/IS 4722. The alternator is brushless type,screen protected, revolving field.self excited,self regulated through an AVR. The alternator confirms to IS/IEC 60034-1 & will be suitable for operation in tropical condition and having the following feature; +_ 1.0 % voltage regulation (max.) in static conditions, IP.23 Protection with insulation class H ,permissible over load of 10 % for one hour in 12 hour of operation.

CONTROL PANEL Control panel is manufactured with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheetand is powder coated for weather-proof and long lasting finish.The control panel consists of the following parts:

ƒPS0500 Controller

ƒAluminum bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming /

ƒIndicating lamps for ‘Load ON’ and ‘Set Running’

ƒInstrument fuses duly wired and ferruled

ƒCircuit breakers of suitable rating with overload and short

circuit protections

Fuel tank: Fuel tank of 14 SWG MS sheet of adequate capacity.

Base Frame: Skid mounting type base frame fabricated from suitable MS channel suitable machined to ensure perfect alignment of the engine & alternator with rigid construction & necessary reinforcement to ensure minimum vibration.

Batteries: For electrical control circuit 1 no. 12 volts, 45AH cumins pulse lite battery for starting of DG set.

AVM Pads: Suitable number of AVM pads shall be supplied with Silent DG sets.

SOUND ATTENUATED SYSTEM:

The Sound Attenuated DG sets are designed and engineered by the CAD/ CAM experts conforming to international standards and mandatory noise level norms achieving NOISE LEVEL of 75 db (A) at a distance of 1 meters. In open environment.

The system is made of High class sheet metal fabricated panels of 16G thickness having modular construction with multi-fold sheet channel & ISMC section for ease of assembly and dismantling, and high quality FIREPROOF Acoustic material i.e. PU FOAM compling to IS 8183

An additional axial flow fan may also be provided to achieve optimal output and acoustic hood with noise splitters if required, to block and reduce the sound leakage. Residential silencer is provided for maximum noise reduction and specially designed vibration isolators are used to restrict the transfer of vibration from the DG set to the body panels & its surroundings.

Supplying and fixing true power make advanced earthing system having copper pipe 2meter long 50 mm dia with terminal size 50x6 mm ,internal strip size 25x3 with 25 Kg compound including exvation of pit and refiling the same and making earthing pit cover 13 inch dia as required complete in all respect. make :-True power ,Earth plus,Ashloka or its equivalent as per best satisfaction of Engineer-in -charge.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, On-Load change over switch unit, AC 23 A duty, in sheet steel enclosure, with side handle operation, including drilling holes on the board, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required..Size (32 mm) 3½ X 35 sq. mm

Providing, laying and fixing of PVC round sheathed 14 core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible cable for voltage grade up to 1100 volt , as required complete in all respect. Make :-Finolex/Havell/Polycab/KEI or it equivalent.

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size:-
