Shifting, loading, unloading and carriage of simplex type C&R panel from 220 KV S/S Malwan, Fatehpur to 132 KV S/S Koraon and non simplex type C&R panel 132/33 KV 40 MVA T/F from 132 KV S/S Koraon, Prayagraj to 132 KV S/S Manjhanpur, Kaushambi. The work detail as below.

Safely shifting of simplex type/non simplex type C&R panel, for 132/33 KV T/F, From S/S store to loading point and loading on mini truck with the help of hydra at 220 KV S/S Malwa and 132 KV S/S Koraon, .all man power required T&P ,hydra Provided by contractor at his own cast.

Safely carriage of loaded simplex type C&R panel, for 132 kv T/F, with Ethernet switch. The work including girding the panel with ropes from all sides after packaging with corrugated paper sheets from 220 kv S/S Malwa Fatehpur to 132 kv S/S Koraon Approximate distance 225 km.

Safely carriage of loaded non simplex type C&R panel for 132/33 KV T/F, the work including girding the panel with ropes from all sides after packaging with corrugated paper sheets from 132 kv S/S Koraon to 132 KV S/S Manjhanpur. (approximate distance 125 km.)

Safely unloading from mini truck to unloading point and shifting S/S store with the help of hydra at 132 kv S/S Koraon. of simplex type C&R panel and 132 KV S/S Manjhanpur of non simplex type C&R panel. All man power required T&P, hydra provided by contractor at his own cast.

D-termination of existing control & power cable as per schedule of existing non simplex type C&R panel with proper ferrule and dismantling, shifting of C&R panel for 132/33 KV T/F from site to S/S Store.

Installation and termination of existing control and power cable as per cable schedule and dressing, binding, control cable with making whole using cable gland of simplex type C&R panel for 132/33 KV 40 MVA T/F at 132 KV S/S Koraon and other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Height raising of 20 mva T/F-II LV side for proper ground clearance between VCB to Isolator which are running through 06 no post insulator. The work detail as below: -

Opening jumper of existing twin ACSR moose conductor from LV side VCB to Isolator

Dismantling, lowering 6no post insulator from 06 no ALP structure with base plate.

Manufacturing of 06 no 1 meter long structure of same size of ALP structure and adding on upper portion including measuring, cutting, welding and making proper hole and jointing with the help of nuts & bolts.

Mounting, fixing of 33 kv post insulator no modified ALP structure and tightening of nut-bolts.

Jumpering of twin ACSR moose conductor between VCB to Isolator of 20 mva T/F –ii LV side the work including measuring, cutting ,bending clamping tightening and fixing spacer etc. all man power required T&P provided by contractor at his own cost.
