Disconnecting existing PVC water storage tanks of capacity exc 250 ltrs & n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for laying of APP memberane or repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound .

M/L for cleaning the plastered / concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- (a) Apply one coat of oil bituminous primer @ 1.20 kg/Sqm with 10mm thk plaster in CM (1:6) . (b) Laying APP Polimerised modfied membrane not less than 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 kg per Sqm by torch applicaton method. (c) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bitumiious aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane. (e) The make / treatment shall be from the one of the following manufacturer:- (i) 'Moply FP' of M/s Texsa (I) Pvt Ltd. (ii) 'Hyperplast' pf IWL India Ltd. (iii) 'Super thermpay' manufactured by M/s Shalimar tar product (iv) 'Hydroflame' of M/s Hydrotech Ltd.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing of 15/20 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings and fixtures and fixed to wall, ceiling, floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Double Charged Vitrified coloured Ceramic tiles of light colour shade 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250x7 mm/450 mm x 350 mm and 7 mm thick of approved colour as in verticle surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mrotar1:4 including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of skirting/dado etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons laid and bedded and jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Marble work green marble 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with green marble shade complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick granite stone machine cut (table rubbed and polished) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, rounding to edges of granite stone etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for tiling complete all as specified and as directed
