Taking down cenment plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for kay scrubing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonary surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceilling surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed please

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 3 mm wall care putty on surfaces of wall complete all as specified.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash in ceiling.

M&L for 2 coats of cement base painting on newly plastered surfaces of wall incl preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded bedded, and solidily hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered anglesand throating, as directed.

Roughning surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping , clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc including brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per Sqm

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250 ltr not exc 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing liquid as per manufactur’s direction, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick , weighing not less than 3.5 Kg / sqm , and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish , unifarmly embedded during manufacturing process,shall only be used . It shall be laid by torch application .Side over laps shall be 75 mm and the end laps shall be 100 mm and all overlaps and joints shall be sealed by torch application including applying a coat of cold applied bitumen primer confrming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm and applying hot blown bitumen spread per 1.2 Kg/sqm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting grooves in stone walls 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 all as sdirected.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B0 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges or sloping of roof

S&F in repair rotational moulded plyethylene water storage tanks 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including locking arrangement for cover using MS flat 25x3mm and necessory fittings.

S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook boltsetc all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Takind down GI tubing of 15 mm dia and connection and incl cleaning for refixing or removel all as spfd.

Takind down GI tubing of 20 mm dia and connection and incl cleaning for refixing or removel all as spfd.

Refixing old steel tubing of 15/20mm and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.

S&F 15 mm dia galvanized pipes medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing the edge / corner of Chajja / roof projection of Ground and First Floor and similar work by removing plaster width / girth exc 200 mm but not exceeding 300 mm and making good with 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surface complete all as specified.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets/plywood, any thickness, including cover fillets and grid frame work.

M&L 12 mm thick designer ceiling tiles of 595mm x595 mm (Make : Everest or equivalent as approved by GE) in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instructions, fixed with white powder coated galvanized iron grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges comprising of main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanized steel sheet of size T 24x32mm and spaced at 1.2m c/c securely fixed to the structural soffits by hangers at 1.2m of GI wire 4mm dia fixed rawl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee with (double stitching) to be inter locked between main runners at 600mm c/c to form 600x600mm modules, angle along perimeter wall shall be of 0.45mm thick galvanized steel of size 19x19mm of white colour all as per instruction complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair 6mm thick plywood Grade BWR, Type BB, fixed with screw to timber frame work at any height of ceiling including scafolding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 2nd Class soft wood plain fillets of section exceeding 3 Sqcm but not exc 6 Sqcm , square rectangular in section, clean sawn , secured with nail or brads for fixing ply wood.

M & L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified.

S & F in repair 4 mm Plain mild steel wire, galvanised class 3 in detached work such as for mosquito nets, cloth line and fixing to straining bolts, hooks, eyes, etc. including straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts and/or to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire, galvanised iron staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured).

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, including removal of debries all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finished even and smooth without using extra cement and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair PVC SWR pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall or laid in trenches or in floors with steel clamps all as specified and directed .
