Supply and fixing of wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable of size 2x1.5 sqmm+1x1.0sqmm earth wire in suitable size of steel conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Rates are deemed to be included chases of conduit and making holes in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit (ii) Two runs of 1.5 sqmm single core (FRLS) PVC insulated copper conductor cable one run of 1.00 sqmm copper conductor cable (FRLS) as a earth leadand one run of steel conduit will be measured as a one unit.

Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repairs GI pipe bracket 'light grade' of 50mm dia bore ISI marked duly bent to shape with an angle including clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc along with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose type of soil and n.exc 10sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specifed and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to all around the cable protection of natural Tibba sand all as directed. (Note : Punning thickness will be measured and paid for payment purpose.)

S & L stone patti quarry faced Jodhpur type 4 to 5 cm thick and 25 to 30 cm wide putting on cable abutting to each other for cable protection all as directed.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 32mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. S & F in replacement of HDPE junction box of size 32 cm x 23 cm with cable glands, connector 3 P+1 N on insulators and necessary mounting arrangement ,MCB SP upto cap of 2 Amp and fixing on poles with MS Clamps and connecting with existing cable complete all as directed.

S&F repairs Aluminium Strip 25 x3 mm with Saddles (with CC not more than 50cm) and fixing Screws for Roof/ Earth Conductors and Down Conductors above Ground and all Joints should be connected complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: All Joints should be joined by Brazing

S&F in repair Air Termination Single Pointed Aluminium Rod 12 mm dia and 300mm long with Galvanised Steel Tubing 40mm bore (dia), 1.20 Metre long, light grade fixed on cement concrete block of size 300x300x300mm made on Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and necessary Fixing Arrangement at Roof, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE PCC will be measured and paid saperately under relevant item of Sch. If threaded of the GI Tubing is damaged then Contractor will be responsible for cutting of thread for fixing the GI Tubing

M&L for Cement Concrete block of size 300x300x300 mm made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) necessary Fixing Arrangement at Roof for fixing of GI pipe of air termination rod and Block of size 150x150x150 for fixing of Aluminium strip on roof, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour in replacement for Electrical Earthing with GI plate electrod of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.5 mtr deep below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to Gl strip earth lead of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, washers made of galvanised iron and connected main control board/switch gear/pannel boards all as specified and shown in Electrical plate No 3 of MES shcedule (SSR) Part-1, 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust, salt and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm center to center both ways and with 6 mm dia MS hook complete and testing resistence all as specified and directed. Note:- (1) GI strip 32 x 6 mm upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost by the contractor.

S&F test point terminal block made of gunmetal or prosperous bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Low density poly ethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kg/cm2 40 mm dia laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement GI strip 32x6mm for loop earthing laid in ground. Note:- Earth work will measured and paid saperately.

S&F earthing pit identifier / marker for lightening arrester made of MS plate 3 mm thick oval size having major axis 30 cm & minor axis 20 cm mounted on 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade project 60 cm above the ground and embeded suitably in concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B2 of size 20 cm x 20 cm x30 cm. The oval shape identifier & earthing pit cover shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and writing letter e.g. LA 1/10 on the plate and earth pit cover complete all as specified and directed.
