Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm Gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for flooring including consolidating as per standard specification curing ect,. Completing and randering the top rough to take floor finish the rate is to include necessary planting for providing into bays wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers (TNBA SS No. 28 )

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7cm. For the following including necessary provisions of bond stone with simultaneous flush pointing sith the same mortor above ground level Complying with standard specification Basement

Supply and fabrication and placing in position mild steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS) bars will be supplied departmently ar section stores and cost will ne supplied departmently at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate) The binding wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm Gauge machine hand broken granite stone jelly for all Rcc items of works excluding cost of rain force cement and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including ouring and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs beams etc shall be finishing smooth with cement mortor 1:3 mm thick and with kraft pape without claimping etc,. as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification. The rate is including vibration charges (SS No.9).

Ceiling Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 to 10mm thick including of all cost and conveyance of all incidents including labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortor 1:5 to12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting the walls with two coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint over one coat of primer as instructed by the department officers including preparation of surface curing

Supply and fixing of Shutter and including cost and conveyence of all and all labour charges etc.complete.

Supply and fixing of windows and including cost and conveyence of all and all labour charges etc.complete.
