Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc and removal of rubbish outside of Mod land , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 6-7mm thick of size (450mm X 300mm) set and jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in (1:3) on vertical surface including taking down old wall dado/finishes including base/backing, complete all as directed/specified.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick as in floor over cement screed 15mm base in CM 1:4 as required thickness, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including, cutting, rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No. 1.03 here-in-before but on riser and steps, skirting, dado and pillar over cement plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, mild steel Fe 410 grade E-250 quality A, framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with guess plates, ladder, rails repair of over head tank, braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering to doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering) running rails and guides) and hanging door also fastening and fixing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC coping, bed plates, bed blocks for hold fasts, Gola at junction of RCC chajja and wall/roof and parapet wall etc, including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc. and removal of rubbish outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, brick work (with old retrieved serviceable bricks) sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. Note : Bricks retrieved on demolition vide Serial Item No 1.09 shall be reused after proper cleaning and washing etc.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, including ceiling etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rate by contractor is deemed to include necessary scaffolding for plaster upto height 21.0 metre (OH RCC tank).

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), of any description, area not exc 1.5Sqm each, and removal to store for reuse or credit including cutting hole for taking out hold fast and making good disturbed portion in CM (1:3) or in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame), of any description, exceeding 1.50Sqm but not exc 4.0Sqm each, and removal to store for reuse or credit, including cutting hole for taking out hold fast and making good disturbed portion in CM (1:3) or in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebate, size of frame 105mm x 60mm, made out of 1.25mm thick MS Sheet including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) PCC filling in frame shall be measured and paid separately. The size dimension and type (profile) of frames shall be as per IS.

Material and labour, Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-0, using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed blocks for fixing holdfasts, bed plates, PCC benching / gola to junction of wall and roof / chhajja, filling inside pressed steel frame etc, steps/ cills & similar works, including use and waste necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, factory made door shutters, 35mm thick rail and stiles, 2nd class hard wood (hollock) plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I) and as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of pink primer, on new wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of wooden surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing, Aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolts 300mm long, with hasp & staple and fixing clips, of sheet cast or fabricated section and plate type, bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed, complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix, 200mm long aluminium anodized, barrel tower bolt of extruded section, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, 150 mm long, extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodized, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made box type steel window with pintol hinges & 2 Nos 150mm mild steel tower bolt to each shutter, steel handle and without glazing bars, including flat iron 12x3mm for securing wire mesh, dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and shown on Drawing no CEAF/STD-184-2012 sheets 1/3 to 3/3.

Supply and fixing factory made box type steel window with pintol hinges & 2 Nos 150mm mild steel tower bolt to each shutter, steel handle and with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded and with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and shown on Drawing no CEAF/STD-184-2012 sheets 1/3 to 3/3.

Supply and fix, factory made box type steel section ventilator, with box type section double leaf shutter for glazing and wire gauze with pintol hinges, 01 No 150mm long Mild Steel tower bolt, steel handle to each shutter (steel handle dovetailed or welded), and with one shop coat of red oxide / zinc chromate primer, complete all as specified and shown in drawing duly fitted with all fittings , welded to frame/shutter including cutting holes for hold fasts & making good in PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1. Note(s) : (i) Wire mesh & glazing shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Design shall be approved from the Engineer-in-Charge before fabrication and bulk order to the manufacturer(s) as per Drg No CEAF/STD-186/2012, sheet 1/1.

Material and labour, Mild steel rolled sections, as in framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 quality, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing, Sheet glass 3mm thick, plain, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or Steel/wooden bead in squares not exceeding 0.50Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed to steel frames with stainless steel tacks, or stainless steel wire staples, or fixed to wooden frames with first class hard wood bead, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof and removal of unserviceable brick tiles / brick bats and rubbish outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud on roofs, any thickness, including plaster and leeping plaster and bottom layer of polythene film if any, including removal of retrieved material outside defence land, complete all as specified directed.

Material and labour, roughing surface of old concrete slabs by wire brush sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/Sqm on roof surface, removal of rubbish off the premises upto a distance not exceeding 50metres, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding on roof, of required thickness to maintain desired slope, finished even and fair to receive tiles/ APP membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, water proofing treatment of RCC roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30litre/Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60Kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at overlaps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No. 1.33 here-in-before but on vertical surface including taking down old membrane, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 40mm thick brick tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, as in roof treatment, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 40mm thick brick tiles (using old serviceable brick tiles) laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix, 1.60mm thick MS plain, black sheet as in steel gates/steel doors in similar work cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up, mitered angles, etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 75mm thick, (laid to slope of 1:20) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with 10mm wide joints to full depth @ 3m c/c and at corners, filled with mastic mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rain water pipe (any size or pattern), including all fittings, head, shoes, bend etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints (except standard fitting) fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius with access door, fixed to pipes with adhesive/solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in grounds and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor and paving etc laid in alternate bays including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour, Precast Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stone of required size and shape as approved by GE, machine made, made to shape slightly rounded or chamfered including weathering as directed, set and pointed in cement mortar (1:6) as in road kerbs stone, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft and disintegrated rocks, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation filling, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitered/ stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing barbed wire as in fencing, from angle iron posts etc., and removal, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire to be measured.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out and removing to a distance not exc 50m, in soft/ disintegrated rock, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Post shall be embedded in PCC up to full depth of excavation and the same shall be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation , filling and mass concrete, for embedding posts etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, mild steel work (misc) as in posts and struts for fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165 quality, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, Mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of neck 11mm to 15mm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 5cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required fixed independently fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 3.80mm dia PVC coated GI chain link fencing mesh of size 50mmx50mm and made up in to mattress or cages, laped, wired and tied in position using GI PVC coated binding wire, complete all as specified and directed

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Taking out old unserviceable cast iron water mains (including all fittings) of size 150mm bore with spigot & socket ends including burning out lead joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable cast iron water mains (including all fittings) of size 100mm bore with spigot & socket ends including burning out lead joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing, CI pipe 150mm dia bore, spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class LA, laid in trenches/duct, etc or along wall with and including fittings i.e. tee, elbow, bend and jointing material, complete all as specified and directed Note:- Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately

Supply and fix, cast iron sluice valve 100mm dia bore pipe, with flanged and drilled ends, any pattern, heavy duty, class-1, PN 1.6, ISI marked & of specified make, with brass spindle and hand operated iron wheel, including joints and jointing materials as rubber washers/gaskets, bolts and nuts, etc, including taking down old and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 40mm bore steel tubing with all standard fittings or connections, from wall/ceiling/floor etc., including removal from site to store/for re-use or for credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, Steel water tubes, 40mm bore, medium grade, galvanized, with all standard fittings and fixed complete to walls (surface/ concealed), ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cutting chases and making good, if any, shall be included in this item.

Re-fixing / re-laying only old steel water tubing of 20mm dia bore, with all fittings, at new or old position, laid in floor/along wall or at ceiling, complete all as specified and directed. (i) Old serviceable pipe and fittings received on retrieval against Item here-in-before shall be re-used after proper (thorough) cleaning and washing etc.

Supply and fix in repair fully automatic star - Delta Starter suitable for 30HP Submersible motor 415 volts 50HZ AC including over load relay, range and power contactor, single phase preventer with volt meter and ammeter and MCB TP etc complete all accessories pre-wired / connected with suitable size copper conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old broken/damaged pillars, wall and valve pit chamber any size of brick masonry and removal of waste material upto 50m distance, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90cmx90cmx100cm (internal dimension) with frame of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6mm and MS sheet cover 3mm thick and locking arrangements and handle duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including dismantling of old valve pit and removal of retrieved material outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down fluroscent tube light fittings and street light fittings of any wattage, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED Flood light luminaries 240Watts with pressure die cast aluminium alloy housing and heat resistance glass with high brightness LED's as light source, IP-65 protection, including driver and consisting of the following specification. System lumen not less than 24000 lumens, efficiency 100lumen/watt, CRI>70, power factor >0.90, colour temp 6500K, THD <10%. Driver must be constant current type and inbuilt surge protection and including necessary fixing/hanging arrangement of LED flood light in high mast pole i.e. suitable size of clamps, nut and bolts etc , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- LM-79 and LM-80 test certificate will be submitted by contractor at the time of approval of product. Make:- Havells CAT No. JETAPROPLUSFL240WLED757LTG or equivalent in Appendix 'B'.

Supply and fixing LED street light luminaries 48Watts with pressure die cast aluminium alloy housing and heat resistance glass with high brightness LED's as light source, IP-65 protection, including driver and consisting of the following specification. System lumen not less than 4800 lumens, efficiency 100lumen/watt, CRI>70, power factor >0.90, colour temp 6500K, THD <10%. Driver must be constant current type and inbuilt surge protection, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- LM-79 and LM-80 test certificate will be submitted by contractor at the time of approval of product. Make:- Havells CAT No. ENDURACITYLINEREXGENSL48WLED757SASYBOPC or equivalent in Appendix 'B'.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated and armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 25Sqmm 3.5 core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc including taking down, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: excavation, returning filling & removal of earth, sand cushioning and bricks for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Material and labour, locally available, sub class `B’ bricks (old size), laid flat and dry perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, in trenches over the cable for protection, complete all as specified and directed.
