Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundation trenches pits and bulk evacuation including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of Surplus earth within University Campus/outside University Campus as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 grade crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal sizes) in foundation and plinth, under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work etc. complete.

Brick work with FPS brick of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in superstructure including cost of scaffolding, curing etc. complete. All work upto floor V level. In Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasterners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P brass/stainless steel screws all complete including providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated 2 layer medium density (exterior grade) particle board Grade-II coforming to IS:12823 bounded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resins and providing and fixing of glazing in aluminum doors, windows, ventilator and partition etc. For doors with float glass panes of 5 mm thick (not less than 13.75kg/sqm) Make SAINT GOBAIN/MODIFLOAT) including providing and fixing of hinges/pivots, handles, tower bolts, eye hooks/window stays, grills (10 guage) etc. including the cost of PVC/Neoprene gaskets as required.

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete as per specifications and drawings. All work upto floor V level. TATA/TISCON

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, suspended floors, piers, abutments, posts & struts etc. upto floor V level including cost of Centering, Shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20/12.5 mm nominal size)

10-15 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of single or half brick walls for internal/external plastering including making grooves (in between brick masonry and RCC work wherever required) scaffoldings etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying Damp proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate with 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm and approved make (Kajaria/Nitco/RAK/Johnson) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.

Providing gola (Angular Fillet) 75 x75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75mm deep chase

Making khurras 45x45cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx 1mx400 micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement rounding the edges and making the finishing outlet complete.

Removing dry/oil bound distemper /water proofing cement paint and like by scrapping, sand papering the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface to give an even finish (Make JK/Birla)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ ceiling/slopping surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level. (two or more coats)

P&F 1st quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles 300x450mm conforming to IS of min. thickness5mm of approved make (Kajaria/Orient/Nitco) and colour / shades as required in skirting, risers of steps and Dados over 12mm thick bed of C: M 1:3 & jointing with Grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete. Nothing extra on account of wastage shall be paid. The sample of the tile to be used is laying in the office of the Engineer-in-charge and can be seen before submiting the tenders.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including base of coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Steel work welded in built up sections, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, stair case railings, brackets, gates, trusses, frame work and similar works. All works upto height of floor V level.

Providing and fixing (10 mm) thick polycarbonate sheet roofing of approved quality fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, nuts or bolts including labour, carriage, surcharges etc. complete.

50 mm thick Cement Concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry

Chequerred Precast cement concrete tiles 22m thick in footpath and courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Medium shade using 50% white cement & 50% ordinary cement

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing and staircase railing and similar work M.S tube (medium) 40 mm nominal bore including applying a coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac)

Making Plinth Protection with bricks of class designation 75 laid on edge in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) over 75 mm of dry brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size rammed, consolidated and grouted with fine sand and top of bricks pointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand). With FPS bricks.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (pre moulded and pre polished), machine cut of kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, edge moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade floor/skirting 18mm thick.
