PART I : Improvements to Nookampalayam Main Road to Varathapuram Road (R - 306) at Perumbakkam Panchayat in St Thomas Mount Panchayat Union EST AMT RS:46.00 Lakhs

Picking the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification

Providing, Laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage fo mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 406 of MORT & H specifications for Patches.

Providing and applying prime coat over WMM surface 7 Kg of bitumen Emulsion (SS - II)per 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the requried quanity of bitumen as tack

Providing and laying Tack coat over BM surface using 2.50 kgs. RS1 of emusion for 10 sqm.area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Providing and laying 50mm compacted thickness bituminous macadem using 0.42Cum of 26.5-11.2mm metal and 0.10cum of 11.2-2.80mm metal and 0.18cum of 2.80mm metal and below with 38Kgs of bitumen for premixing 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all material

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat Type -A to 20mm thick using 0.18cum of 13.2mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and .09cum of 6.70mm with 24.40 Kgs of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete

Providing and Laying Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

PART II : Improvements to Medavakkam - Sozhinganallur Road to Ambedkar Salai (Via) Pasumpon Nagar (R - 85) at Perumbakkam Panchayat in St Thomas Mount Panchayat Union EST AMT RS: 58.51 Lakhs

Picking the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing Grade III material spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with vibatory roller to Achieve the desired density, in cluding all labour charges etc., complete as per clause 401 MORT & h specifications.
