M&L for dismantling of alternator for 62.5 KVA DG Set from engine for rewinding of alternator with new same gauge copper winding wire with and including all required insulation materials, overhauling of stator with rotor assembly with varnishing, heating both rotor assembly & main stator and fitment of AVR coupled alternator with engine and testing of alternator for good performance as per OEM parameter complete with and including necessary transportation of alternator from work site at Carnicobar to work shop at Port Blair and vise versa complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge. (Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of all charges such as transportation, loading unloading of alternator, disconnecting & refixing of alternator with engine.)

M&L for contactor, 415 Volt, 200 Amp of approved make all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for contactor, 415 Volt, 63 Amp of approved make all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for MCB, SP, 415 Volt, 10 Amp of approved make all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for MCB, 4 Pole, 415 Volt, 63 Amp of approved make all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for HBC Fuse, 200 Amp of approved make all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for digital volt meter of approved make all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mx600mmx6 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip 25x4 mm by by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel and copper earth strip and connected to earthing test point / distribution board/equipments or any other indicated situation all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I (2009) and testing on completion including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling, removing of soil and 1.5 mtr length GI medium grade 20mm dia pipe with funnal and wire mesh, PCC chamber of 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate, 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c on both ways pre cast chamber cover with lifiting handle 16mm dia round bars, Gi pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for earth strip protaction including charcol, common salt complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- GI earth strip above to 7.5 mtr long shall be measured and paid separetly)

M&L for heavy duty XLPE electric cable of alumnium conductor, 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 35 Sqmm of approved make all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.
