Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM (bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floors complete all as specified.

M & L for Glazed ceramic glossy finish tiles coloured in vertical surface 450X350mm and 7 to 8 mm thickness in any pattern of light and dark/ highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M & L for Non Skid ceramic tiles colour tiles 7 to 9mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including and over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc. complete all as specified.

M & L for digitally Virified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including and over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc. complete all as specified.

M & L light shade vitrified coloured Ceramic tiles 6 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.36 but not 0.42 sqm in vertical surfaces such as skirtings and dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) complete all as specified.

M & L for any coloured vitrified heavy duty outdoor anti skid tiles 14-15 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exc 0.09 Sqm and not exc 0.36 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles and including 20 mm thick in cement plaster in CM (1:4) for fixing tiles complete all as specified. Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete.
