Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for manholes ,well etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed

All as per Srl Item No 1 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3m.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm..

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bed concrete internal dia of pipe 150mm and removal of demolished materail out of MoD land complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No.4 here-in-before but internal dia 200mm.

Material and Labour for concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

All as per item No 6 here-in-before but bore of pipe 200 mm.

Material and Labour for 150 mm internal dia reinforced cement concrete pipes drain pipes class NP-3aid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified..

All as per Srl item No. 8 here-in-before but internal dia of pipe 200mm.

Removal of blokage in sewage line including manholes of various sizes by any means by using Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No, Kambore 1075 up-01 Nos Retriever 150 including removing Rugs of any type, dirt etc complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No & Retriever 150 etc complete. (ii) The lines measured once can not measured again within eleven months, if block in the same lines re-occure with in eleven months the contractor has to remove the blockage and shall not be paid extra for this (iii) Minimum two persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days for attending the complaints of Sewage. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/AGE concerned. In case of non attending of complaints within 20 hours except on holidays, the recovery @ Rs 100/- per complaint shall be made from contractors dues. (iv) All the above machineries shall be procured and shall be deposited in complaint cell of AGE B&R-I, AF Station Palam within 20 days on commencement of the work

M&L for removal of blokage of soil/waste pipes WC, WHB,Bottle Trap, Floor Trap etc running on external wall of buildings, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of manhole upto 1 m depth and removal of sludge silt/liquid/mud/sand/water etc in foul position to outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but exceeding 1m and not exceeding 2m in depth.

Supply and Fixing in repairs, SFRC drain cover size1200mm x 300mm x 70mm thick laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: - (i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover and frame : (a) M/s PS Concrete.(b) M/s KK Manhole.(c) Or equivalent as approved by GE (ii) Contractor will provide manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover & frame

Supply and Fixing in repairs, SFRC drain cover of size 900mm x 600mm x 70mm thick laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes: - (i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover and frame : (a) M/s PS Concrete (b) M/s KK Manhole.(c) Or equivalent as approved by GE (ii) Contractor will provide manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover & frame

Supply and Fixing in repairs, SFRC manhole cover of size 600mm x 600mm x 70mm thick with frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: - (i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover and frame : (a) M/s PS Concrete. (b) M/s KK Manhole.(c) Or equivalent as approved by GE (ii) Contractor will provide manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover & frame

Supply and Fixing in repairs, SFRC cover slabs of size 450mm x 450mm x 40mm thick with frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed Notes-(i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover and frame : (a) M/s PS Concrete (b) M/s KK Manhole.(c) Or equivalent as approved by GE (ii) Contractor will provide manufacturer test certificate of SFRC cover & frame

Supply and Fixing in repairs, 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including suitable clamps complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing for cast iron, sand cast soil waste & vent pipes 75mm bore in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing CI branch piece single/Tee etc (equal or unequal) ordinary or invented (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches, bore of pipe 100mm

Supply and Fixing cast iron branch piece/Tee etc 75mm bore size with oval access door single (equal or unequal) ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fixing cast iron bends any radius, diminishing pieces or tapers 100mm bore size complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Srl item No 28 here-in-before but for 75 mm bore.

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in repairs, EWC of Hindware or equivalent as approved by GE, white colour, including P-trap or S-trap, seat cover, (Standard) with PVC bolts, nuts, PVC bend complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC flushing cistern of 10 ltrs capacity valveless, syphonic action type, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets and PVC flush pipe of 32 mm bore and connection to pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premices complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile n.exc. 0.11sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing compound complete all as directed. Make : Dr. Fixit

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for brickwork with subclass `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings/benching including use of necessary formwork etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compounding @3% by wt of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F in repairs salt-glazed stone ware gully traps size 150X150mm square or round mouthed type 'P' including CI cover complete all as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for & forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required, Internal dia of pipe 150mm.
