S&F lnsulated PVC Wall Lining consisting of PVC Insulated Panels having expanded polystyrene (EPS) stuck to 2mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet duly fitted into the wall as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawining complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of frame with shutter exc. 1.5sqm but nexc. 4.00sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC. extruded sections having an overall dimension (extruded section profile) 42x50 mm (tolerance ± 1 mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per direction.

M&L for Toughened glass of 12mm as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, Mithrivedted, bolted or welded attachment, confirming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250 quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section guesset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc.to prepared for sliding with (execlusive of steel plate) also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat fire resisting paint over primed Surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc., exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition Cement concrete (reinforced) concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including earthwork if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of old Brick/concrete /plastered / stone /Asbestos surface of any description and applaying one coat of Camouflage pattern exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparation of old decorated plastered or un decorated plastered surface of wall including cornices, pilasters etc by brooming down, steel wire brushing ,scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 14 here in above but applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable copper / aluminium point wiring (light) with conduit complete including fitting & fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable distribution boards of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L existing conduit point wiring complete with two runs of 2.5 sqmm, single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100volts grade IS-694 marked drawn through with teflon tape sealed in all threaded joints in conduit and fittings for light points and including 2.5 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade earth continuity wire (connecting to earth dolly) & wiring shall be done as per STEC-7 for Two light points controlled by one switch/MCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring complete with 2.5sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including rigid steel ERW conduit (stove enamled) heavy duty as per IS 9537 Part I and all necessary flame proof, weather proof conduit accessories and fitting fixed to the surface of wall/ceiling with teflon tape sealed in all threaded joints in conduit and fittings for light points and including 2.5 sqmm (or nearest equivalent metric size) single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade continuity wire (connecting to earth dolly) & wiring shall be suitable for frame proof area as per STEC-7 for Two light points controlled by one switch/MCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of factory made mild steel flame froof distribution boards, class LM-6 , protection class (IP-55) CMRI certified suitable for gas group IIA & IIB suitable for mounting MCB/RCCBs, DBs TP&N 4 way, 415 volts conforming to IS-2143 with minimum 200A rating copper bus bar Comprising complete all as specified and directed of following :- (i) Lighting distribution panel (ii) Incoming: - MCB , 4P 63AMP - 01 Nos (iii) Outgoing :- MCB, 1P, 6AMP -12Nos (MCB - L&T/Schneider or equivalent make) with complete internal Bus bar & wiring up to terminals.

(d) Test certificate shall be produceed before laying. (e) Mats shall be replaced on first sign of any damage. (f) Warranty certificate of 24 months shall be provided.

M&L for complete servicing to AHUs of Capacity 8000CFM complete with various accessories i.e. blower with casing, Chiller water coil, Hot water coil, pre filter & fine filter frame, drive motor, humidification kit, motorised control valves, control panel including descaling of chilled/hot water coils, Greasing, Lubricating of moving parts and Repair/Replacement of bush, thrust plate, gland packing, driver pully, driver shaft and re-assembling all the dismantled componenets to its original position, testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) AHU chilled/hot water coils using chemical with brass brush in-order to remove all type of sledge/dust precipitatated on the coil without any damage to the copper coil then wash the cooling with fresh water and air blower upto the satisfactory of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Iron body of the AHU inside and outside shall be scrap down and rub out with sand paper then apply one coat primer over a coat of synthetic enameld paint including part of duct portion in the AHU shall be completed upto the satisfactory of Engr-in-Charge
