'ditto all as above item No - 1 but depth exc 1.5 m and n. exc 3.00 m

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and bed to drain, poles, stays etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 including provision of weep holes at a distance 300mm all as specified and as directed..

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 CM inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30CM inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- (a) This item is only for adjustment of girth of drain over or under 30CM

M&L Hand packing with broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls , retaining wall ,over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired & laid in position, including closing after filling

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of columns square, rectangular or polygonal fair finished surfaces of conctere complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to side and soffits of floor or roof beams etc. for flat fair finished surfaces of concrete.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

All as per item No. 19 above but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

M&L for RCC M-25 Design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in footings, foundation beams, plinth beams bases for columns etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 Design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, etc. all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Crumple joints will be provided after every 30m distance and also at the change in direction of wall as per Drg No. WD/MTR/S-1283 SHEET 1R/1 (b) Preformed filler to be provided in the crumple joints as per item No 34 here-in-after

M&L for RCC M-25 Design mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, etc. over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for M S work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc & similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia of barbed wire with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to angle iron fencing post straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed complete all as specified and directed (each line of wire to be measured)

S&F 110MM PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length fixed in brick work for drainage purpose complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work/ concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and fair complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work including finishing the surface even and fair complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali-resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing 600mm dia with 2.5 mm dia high tensile strength wire fixing to Y shaped angle iron posts securing with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts of GI barbed wire tied to angle iron on top of boundary wall complete as per direction of GE and all as specified.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls embedded in and including 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Broken glass shall be with a rounded or weathered finish and before the mortar has set, glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63mm gauge, shall be firmly embedded at the rate of 10 Kg of glass per square metre of rendered surface, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting.

S & F MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars conforming to fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm thick pre-formed filler for crumple joints complete all as specified and directed

Supply and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole 9 mtr long, type 410 SP-31 complete with base plate finial taper plug, bolts, nuts as specified , painted internally throughout and externally up to the embedded depth with two coats of black bitumnous paint and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including providing 30cm wide alternate strips with yellow and black synthetic enamal paint upto 1.2m high from ground level and numbering the pole (with black and white paint),complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Earth work and PCC foundation is to measured and paid separately under respective item)

Supply and install of 70W LED street light fitting with lens & driver, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium top opening and maintainable with heat resistance toughened glass, built-in Short Circuit Protection, Overload Protection and Surge Protection IP-66 protection with luminaire efficiency of not less than 110 Lumen/Watt, colour rendering (CRI) of > 70 and co-related colour temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+500K). The luminaire should have 10 KV surg protection, PF > 0.95 and total harmonic distortion of THD < 10%, voltage range of 140-280V should be provided. Over voltage protection should be there after 300V +/- 10%, the driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of > 85%. The manufacturer’s logo must be embossed into the housing of the luminaire. Manufacturer to provide LM 80 & LM 79 report from source manufacturer, including all connections complete all as specified

Supply & laying of UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm x 4 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/poles or passing through DWC HDPE pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts and testing complete all as specified and directed.(NOTE :- HDPE DWC Pipe shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply & laying of UG cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm x 4 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/poles or passing through DWC HDPE pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes:-HDPE DWC pipe shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and fixing Weather proof flat three core FRLS PVC insulated flexible stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for electric connections to Street lights from Pole box complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing of Panel / Busbar etc. complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized iron Wire 4mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized including GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia connected to main earth lead on pole or control board and GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 including necessary excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed. Note: GI wire & protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtr length from earth electrode shall be included in quoted rate. (For Pole Earthing)

Supply and fixing moulding compound street light junction box complete with shock and rust proof, termite resistant, tamper proof , front openable type and including suitable provision for three phase, four wire cable (size upto 25 Sqmm 4 Core) incomming & outgoing loop -in loop connection and including one no. MCB SP 6 Amp including non metallic clamps and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole complete.

M&L for street light bracket made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe of 1.2m length bent to required shape suitable for fixing street light / security light fitting on Steel tubular pole including two Nos clamps made out 30mm X 5mm flat with suitable nuts and bolts including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

M&L for HDPE Double Wall Corrugated pipe of size 40mm outer dia and 32mm inner dia confirming to IS:14930 Part-II including necessary pipe fittings such as couplers, end caps, bend etc. laid in trenches/ fixed to pole /wall with suitable clamps for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
