Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 40-50mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing the rubbish out of Mod Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick , PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring laid in panels, finishing even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 75 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Surface Excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified as directed.

M& L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (22/0.30mm) PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, FRLS type drawn through and including PVC Casing and capping (ISI marked) of adequate size and its accessories with PVC terminal boxes of size suitable sizes for one socket point controlled by one switch incl 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor cable (multistrand), FRLS type, PVC insulated and unsheathed with colour code earth wire connected to common earth dolly at one end and metalic bodies of luminaires/ fan at other end complete all as specified and directed for One light point / one fan point controlled by one, one way switch.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder (Paving bitumen of VG 30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using 8-12 ton capacity mechanical power roller complete all as specified & directed. Note: Semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as per design mix.Contractor shall quote his unit rate considering the bitumen contents as 5.5%. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of Rs.45.00 per KG of binder. No adjustment in price shall be made if the variation is on plus side.

Supply and lay 3 layer ( inner antimicrobial, out UV stabilized) ISI marked, IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 11 (PN-16) and PP-R pain fittings in trenches/ walls/ ceiling or laying in floors complete of size outer dia 32 mm, including fittings.

Supply and fix PPR Gate valve (Bras insert) of outer dia 32 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details.
