Amount

Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer-in-charge at site., according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of MC/ local body dumping charges it lived any as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/ removed as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanical mixed, necessary form work and curing complete, including carriage of materials, labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Form work:-Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto any height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam hunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels up to any depth in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc.upto any thickness in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand : three crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer and compacting the concrete with vibrator and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for R.C.C. work, including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Suspending floors roofs landing & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and their cases (except spiral cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement including cost of binding wire for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire complete in Super-structure for all floor level in all heights, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure for all floors in all heights using second class bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto six sand) and curing complete including carriage of material through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts and as per PWD specification and entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Non slipary anti skid ceramic tiles 5.5 mm (five point five millimeter) thick of kajaria or its equivalent in flooring (300x300xmillimeter size), tread of steps, flooring laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 sand: 3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing white/coloured glazed tiles 6 mm ( six millimetre) thick in skirting risers of steps and dado of approved make over base of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) and jointing with neat cement slurry complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

P/F 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain & impact resistant heavy duty vetrified tiles 600 x600 x10 mm manufactured of approved shade & colour in flooring, treads of steps & landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge..

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement : three sand : six graded/crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mix by concrete mixer including curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in: Foundation and plinth, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in woodan frames of windows etc. With M.S. flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws. Plain grill including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge..

Providing steel work of BIS specification welded in built up section/including hollow section trusses & framed work, including cutting,hoisting & fixing in position including applying a priming coat of red lead paint as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 vplume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. a)In trusses and trussed purlins.

b) In grating framed guard, bars ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6 mm (Six millimeter) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60cm (Sixty centimeter) over all with 0.60 mm (Zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating+ back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted, bolts & nuts 6 mm dia (Six millimeter diameter) & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP sheet 2 mm (Two millimeter) thick in eaves board/ facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel to be paid seperately).

Providing and fixing commercial Ply wood ceiling of approved quality 9mm thick as per HPPWD specification 1990 (one thousand Nine hundred Ninety ) volume-I including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing pannelled glazed and pannelled and glazed door shutter( in Second class Deodar wood having Top rail 10x4 cm (Ten into four centimetre) middle rail 15x4 cm (Fifteen into four centimetre) and bottom rail 20x4 (Twenty into four centimetre) cm sash bar 4x4 cm (Four into four centimetre) and panel 12 mm (Twelve ) thick Phenol bonded (both side) prelaminated Bwp grade partical board in matt finish ISI marked IS.No. 12823 as per approved shade of Kavista or its equvalent below middle rail and above middle rail 5 mm (Five millimeter) thick glass)i/c black enammelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws etc comp. 35 mm (Thirty Five millimetre) thick as per Arch. drg. including carriage of all labour equipment & materials to various location through all leads & lifts complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection under layer of 75mm thick bed of dry brick/stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well ramed and consolidated and ground with fine sand including prepration of ground finished with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand :6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.) including rubbing and polishing complete and treading the surface with bee wax etc. as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand paper and knotting complete as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with readymixd paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter sand pepering and stopping with ready mixed paint as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. . a) White paint.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other matel surfaces after and including prepairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign matters sand papered knotting Ready mixed pain brushing red oxide/zink oxide chrome as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. .

Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foresign matter with ready mixed paint other than white as per HP. PWD. Specifications of 1990 Volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. .

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand pepered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plaster wall surfaces to give an even shade incluiding thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foriegn matter and sand papered smooth incluiding applying of putty a required for metling the surface, including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equaeliet on under corted wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete , including carriage of materials ,labour ,tool and plants through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge..
