Engagement of labourers for carrying out necessary dismantling of old ceiling and stacking of same

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately). second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick flat pressed 3 layer medium density particle board or graded particle board (Grade I) IS: 3087 marked, in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete framework icluded.

Providing and fixing at all height PVC wall panelling with iron screws all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 9 mm thickness icl 10 mm ply board base

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete

Providing and fixing cupboard shutters 25mm thick, with pre-laminated flat pressed three layer particle board or graded wood particle board IS: 12823 marked exterior grade (Grade I Type II) having one side decorative lamination and other side a balancing lamination including second class teak wood lipping of 25mm widex12mm thick with necessary screws and bright finished stainless steel piano hinges complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge. 20 inch depth

Providing 12mm plaster in 1:6 mix ratio( 1cement:6 fine sand)
