P & L in position reinforcement cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 12.5/20 mm nominal size) including the cost of centering shuttering upto Floor V Level but excluding cost of reinforcement in:- Columns, walls including attached pilasters buttresses etc. Beams (straight or curved), rib of coffers, lintels, brackets, suspended floors, roofs (any slope), water tank, slabs of coffers, landings, balconies, shelves chajjas, vertical and horizontal fins individually or forming box louvers band, facias and eaves boards lintels, bands plain window cills, staircases and spiral staircases, arches, arch ribs, domes, vaults shells, folded plate, staircase steps including waist slab, folded steps etc. All woork upto floor V level. Nothing extra shall be paid for additional height of form work.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermomechanically treated bars.

12mm Cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Providing M.S. foot rests including fixing in manholes with 20x20x1 0 cm cement concrete blocks 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per standard design :With 20x20 mm square bar

Supplying and fixing C.l. cover without frame for manholes: 500 mm diameter C.l. cover ( medium duty) the weight of the cover to be not less than 58 kg.

Earth work in foundation, trenches, bulk excavation, including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations, in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete, including disposal of Surplus Earth outside the University Campus as directed by the Engineer In charge. Nothing extra on account of lead or lift shall be paid by the department.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, consolidation, curing and Centering, shuttering/form work complete.
