REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT, RAIN WATER PIPES AND MISC B/R REPAIRS AT BIKRAM ENCLAVE, IFA (NC) AND NODE UNDER AGE B/R-II, GE (SOUTH) UDHAMPUR

Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/Sqm including 15mm thick screeding in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and provide modified polymeric APP (Atactic Polypropylene) Modified Polymeric Membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film. Min wt of membrane will be 3.50 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitument 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L Machine pressed factory made cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx20mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigement laid over and including 20mm thick screed bedding layer of cement 1:4, complete all as directed.

Water proofing treatment to the sunken portion by applying two coat of two component (1 part Polymer and second part cementations powder) cementations, polymer modified elastomeric, water proofing coating composed of cement, properly selected and graded aggregates, additive and acrylic emulsion polymer as a binder apply first coat of (mix and application as per manufacturer's instructions) all over floor surface/prepared surface and apply to vertical surface up to 15 cm from tilling level, allow to dry 4 to 6 hours. Prepare for apply 2nd coat perpendicular to first coat and allow to dry 4 to 6 hours. All joints of Trap/WC/Soil pipe shall be Properly sealed with ceiling compound/polymer modified mortar using Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent, Slope of slab shall be towards and including GI pipe 50 mm dia of suitable length Spout pipe. Providing 15 mm protective screed with cement mortar in 1.3 with WPC (Make: Dr Fixit LW+ or equivalent) within 2 to 3 days of second coat complete all as specified as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engineer-in–charge. Make: Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K or other equivalent make complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed otherwise.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded brick aggregate as in filling under sunken floors etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling asbestos cement/galvalum sheet/CGI (corrugated , semi corrugated etc) sheets as in roof covering, complete all as directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based semi corrugated/profile steel sheeting of any colour, having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering, wall cladding with self tapping screws or 'L' type of 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws as per manufactures instructions, all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50 mm thick prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheeting of any colour, having tensile strength of 550MPA as in roof covering, wall cladding with self tapping screws or 'L' type of 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws as per manufactures instructions, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, complete all as directed.

M&L for rolled section as in main and cross beams, purlins, rafters ,posts where connected to common rafter and running rails,eves board framing work, tank staging work etc conforming to Fe- 410-w complete all as specified.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulaton boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as directed.
