Earth Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Concrete Work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Reinforced Cement Concrete

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Masonry Work

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricksof class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :

Wood and P.V.C. Work

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)

Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

30 mm thick shutters

Providing and fixing 12mm thick panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick :

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,

Repairs to Buildings

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Sanitary Installations

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.

Engagement of Coolie/Labour for cleaning of roof ,RWP Mouth,drain, jungle bushes & removing of trees from wall,roof and cleaning of Qtr at the time of handing over Qtr and other work as and when required as per direction of EIC.

Easing and adjusting of Door/window shutter for free movement of the shutter by making necessary repairs to shutter & frame all complete per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for removing & refixing of window Grill for repairing of windows etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/f 32mm dia rigid pvc long bend for flushing cistern including cutting the floors, connecting with wc pan and making good the damages etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Cleaning of choaked manhole/ inspection chamber and the sewer line between the adjoining manholes including removal of rubbish,clay,debrises,sludge deposit with bamboo and cotton wiper and blowing water from upper side to down side and disposal of same beyond municipal area including all labours,tools and plants etc.complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Cleaning of Gully trap at Bath and kitchen with bamboo and cotton wiper i/c removal of rubbish, clay debrishes, sludge deposit etc as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing & fixing pvc gate valve of approved quality all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Credit for taking in to possession of old and unserviceable dismanteled GI/SCI/steel materials.

Credit for taking into posession unserviceable cp /brass bib cock,stop cock,pillar cock including dismantling and removal from site all complete as per direction of engineer in charge

Credit for taking into posession of dismantled unserviceable wooden door and window shutter

Labour charges only for repairing of PVC Flushing cistern by replacing the damaged parts such as syphon,Ball cock, Handle wherever reqd. All complete.

Uprooting/Removing trees and plants from roof and walls of any height by uprooting the same with application of acid i/c making good the damages with CP/CC1:2:4 as per requirement all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing PVC Wate tank cover fo syntex make oe equivalent i/c locing arrangement

Providing and fixing Spindle for necessary repair of Brass Pillar cock all complete as per diection of E-I-C
