Providing ,laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate Wet Mix Macadam specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical Mix plant, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base on well prepared surfaces & compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density , finished work to be measured including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by M.T. / H.L. (conforming to clause 406 of MORT&H specifications).

Providing and laying 50 mm thick (compacted) premix bituminous macadam base course with stone aggregate of quality size and grading as specified in latest MORT&H specifications and straight run bitumen of VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix including Hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in Hot Mix Plant, Transporting mixed material to the site and laying with paver finisher as per required profile, inclu. cost of priming/tack coat in required level and grade, rolling with power road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density,All complete including cost of bitumen & all sort of taxes. (Rate to be quoted per unit for finished item inclusive of cost of bitumen and filler)

Providing and laying of 25 mm thick open graded premix carpet using 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm size & 11.2 mm size respectively for 100 sqm, 52 kg & 56 kg of hot bitumen grade 80/100 per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2mm size respectively compacted with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity incl.preparation of road surface as per specification and then laying of a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen @ 0.75Kg /Sqm on WBM surface & 0.50 Kg per Sqm on existing BT surface incl. transporting mixed material and laying to the required level and grade & finally the surface finished with a seal coat of premixed fine agg. using bitumen @ 128Kg /cum of the fine agg. & 0.60 cum of fine agg. per 100 sqm of road surface incl. rolling , finishing & carriage, scarifying and cleaning complete job (conforming to clause 511 & 513 of MORT & H specifications) incl. cost of bitumen.

Supplying and laying including digging, carrying by lorry, filling River Bed Material including watering & consolidation in layers to specified lines, camber, grades and cross sections. Finished work including material and labour incl. all leads and lifts, carriage of material by M.T/HL. ( for berm filling)
