S&F Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified including powder coating of any colour.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laying over & including 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes as directed.

M&L for non skid cereamic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangle) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but n. exc.0.18sqm, in floor etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or .coloured cement to match 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes as directed.

M&L glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (300mm x 200 mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces, such as dadoes, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles all as specified and directed 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) as in backing layer for laying of tiles in vertical surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling water tank and removing to stores exc250ltr n.exc 500ltr

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I.

S&F 20 mm dia Ball valve PTMT valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule.
