REPAIR/MAINT TO CEILING FANS, EXHAUST FANS, WALL MOUNTING FANS, AIR CIRCULATOR FAN UNDER AGE E/M AT GE JHANSI

Taking down ceiling fan of any sweep, removing blade, checking its servicability for reuse, cleaning the fan completely of dust and dirt, greasing and cleaning blades and fan with kerosene oil and checking of aligment of shaft ,oiling and Re- hanging the same back to its original positions including connecting with three core flexible copper wire to ceiling rose etc including replacement of old unserviceable fan hook, rubber reel, nut bolts, lock pin and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) The fan shalll be checked for its servicability and if rewinding of ceiling fan is required then it shall not be carried out and u/s ceiling fan shall be deposited to MES store yard of AGE E/M Jhansi for further disposal. Decision of AGE E/M for servicablity of fan shall be final and binding. The checking of fan shall be carried out in presence of AGE E/M or JE E/M at AGE E/M yard of MES. (b) Replacement of defective parts i.e. Ball bearing, capacitor, fan hook, rubber reel, nut bolts, lock pin and washers etc shall be measured and paid separately. (c) Painting of serviceable fans shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking down carefully the Exhaust fans/wall mounted fans /Air circulating fans of any capacity/sweep after disconnecting the eletric supply from any site and opening fans for repairs/over hauling including removing dust and greasing and cleaning blades and fan with kerosene oil and checking of aligment of shaft , oiling including re-assembling ,nut bolt checking and connecting/refixing of fans in its original position burnt out fan shall be kept seperately for rewinding complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rewinding and replacment of defective parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Rewinding of exhaust fan of size up to 250/300mm with suitable gauge copper winding wire (super enamelled) including all insulating material after necessary heat varnishing testing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 03 above but exhaust fan of size up to 380/450mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 03 above but wall mounted fan of size up to 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 03 above but wall mounted fan of size up to 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 03 above but industrial air circulator fan of size up to 600mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 02 to 07. (a) Repairing /rewinding of Exhaust fans/Aircirculating fans shall be carried out in AGE E/M yard Jhansi in presence of JE E/M. (b) Contractor shall detail the staff to collect defective fans from concerned JE E/M , check the fan after opening it, and intimate the defects in the fan to JE E/M before carrying out the repairs. (c) The bearing of fan should be of NBC/SKF/TATA make only. No other make will be accepted. (d) Contractor will be provided by sticker of each repairing fan with date and name of firm. (e) Contractor shall establish workshop with proper equipments and skilled staff for repairs/winding work, rent and allied charges will be applied as per tender norms.

M & L for painting of Ceiling fan of any sweep complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavties with one coat of filler after cleaning all dust including MES Nos are entered in all ceiling in site only, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of following accessories from ceiling fans taken down vide item No 01.00 here in before complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal fan blade of any type and any size suitable for 1200 mm/ 1400 mm Ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair metal fan blade of any type and any size suitable for Exhuast fan of any capacity, of any make, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of standard GI fan clamp with rubber bush, bolts, nuts, spring washers & split pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Fan down rod of suitable size up to 600mm to 1000mm long as per site requirement, having suitable holes on top and bottom of rod for inserting bolts and for drawing wires etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No. 13.00 here-in-before but of size above one meter and up to two meters long.

Supply and fix of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 3 core x 0.75 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable conforming to IS:694 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No. 15.00 here-in-before but of size 3 core x 1.5 sqmm.

Supply and fix in replacement of front and rear grill complete set incl suitable nuts & bolts as per existing of exhaust fan 300/450mm sweep all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of front grill suitable of wall mounted fan 300/450mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of fan blade of metallic body suitable of wall mount fan 300/450mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of ventilating fan with plastic body with louvers, 250mm sweep, single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement exhaust fan, steel body AC single Phase, 230 V of size 450 mm sweep heavy duty with blades, frames and louvers including taking down existing unserviceable exhuast fan of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old and u/s exhaust fan deposited to E/M yard store as a govt property.

Supply and fix in replacement of exhaust fan with steel body 300mm sweep with blade , frame and louvers , single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz. including taking down existing unserviceable exhuast fan of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old and u/s exhaust fan deposited to E/M yard store as a govt property.

Supply and fix wall mounted fan, 300 mm sweep, 2150 RPM Air delivery 90 CFM, three blade, Adjustable upward and downward, with tilt mechanism, motor proection with thermal overload protection and auto-resetting, 230V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix wall mounted fan, 400 mm sweep, 1350 RPM . Air delivery 65 CMM, three blade, Adjustable upward and downward tilt mechanism, motor proection with thermal overload protection and auto-resetting, 230V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep 3 blade, white colour,. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated, copper winding with brushless direct current motor (BLDC)(with remote) and connecting up with 3 core x 0.5 sqmm flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Make of fan shall be one of the make mentioned in List of Makes and model No. of Fan shall be got approved from GE in writing, Contractor shall supply technical litrature of Fan and model comprising of all requirements mentioned in description which he intend to use in the work, without approval of GE contractor shall not place order of Fan.
