Testing checking and calibration of battery charger unit including replacement of PCB and transformer complete with carrying the workshop after disconnetion and refixing the same after back to the workshop all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.( Note :- spares will be measured and paid separately)

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and type including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white /colour washing/ distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by EIC.

M & L for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 10 Sqmm single core FRLS grade PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100Volt grade multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit and accessories surface on wall, roofs etc with one run of PVC insulated solid copper conductor 10 Sqmm single core as earth continuity conductor connected with earth dolly and mains complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Two runs of cable, one run of conduit & one runf of earth cable shall be measured & paid as one unit length

Material & labour for fixing of Earth continuity conductor Copper strip of size 20 X 3.15 mm with brazing at joints , fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles,equipments or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, copper strip fixed on with epoxy insulatorof suitable size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering funnel wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both way for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 3. 15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm thick by means of with brazing at joints and connecting to testing point including provision of test point, test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt I. The work is inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber in type CI (1:2:4) with 8 CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre complete all as directed .
