Comprehensive maintenance of motor control/ Pump house panel boards, indoor/outdoor typr after isolating the panel board from electric supply, opening all cover/doors, cleaning of all joints/contact points by using CRC, dismantling and taking out old unserviceable spares of Panel board of any type and shape and fixing of new parts complete including tightening of all existing connections/screws/ nuts & bolts etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Defective spare parts required to be replaced will be measured and paid seperately

(i) Digital 3 Ph multifunction meter, model A, 5A class 1 of L&T make Cat part No WDM303FDWA1 or equivalent in Legrand/ Siemens/ Schinder

(ii) CT up to 300/5 of class/burden 1.0/5 VA

(iii) LED Indicator Lamp in three colours RYB of L&Tmake or equivalent Legrand/ Siemens/ Schinder

(iv) Replacement of hinges, locking arrangements of each panel board by cutting/ welding etc all as specified and as directed

(v) Fabrication work of LT Panel with 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet, including cutting, welding, moulding all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for fixing of new on load change over switch for 160 Amp 4 pole with all arrangements for fixing incl taking out old UNSV on load change over switch all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 above but for 250 Amp 4 pole .

Material & Labour for roughing old paining from the LT panels by paint removers, cleaning with scrapes and preparing the surface and applying two coats Painting complete with synthetic enameled paint by using spray gun of existing colour and writing incoming and outgoing feeder/area with stencil complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate). Not exceeding 15 CM in deapth for plinth protaction for path including dismentling of old surface.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches which are touching the over head tank, UG sump and pump houses and disposal of timber removing 50 m in distance complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs XLPE insulated ,PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS 694 and connecting complete including taking out old unsv damaged cable of following sizes
