Operation and Maintenance of Heavy Cargo Handling Equipments viz Cranes, Reach stacker, workshop machineries etc at Haddo, Chatham and Junglighat Wharves for the period of 12 Months.

Amount

Attending maintenance and minor repairs for various capacity of mobile cranes, Reach stacker, Aerial lift machine, Empty containerr handler in three shifts, including filling of POL, cleaning and greasing periodically and routine maintenance of batteries etc., as per the direction of EIC, including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC and charges for gate entry for workmen but excluding the cost of spares, lubricants and other materials required which will be supplied by the department on free of cost., to be attend with required manpower as directed by EIC. The charges for PMB gate entry pass for the workmen and their vehicle , personel protective equipments to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed on production of bills.

Attending maintenance and minor repairs for Turbo with Trailers, Spreaders and other stationary equipments/ machineries at workshop in three shifts, including filling of POL, cleaning and greasing periodically and routine maintenance of batteries etc., as per the direction of EIC, including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC and charges for gate entry for workmen but excluding the cost of spares, lubricants and other materials required which will be supplied by the department on free of cost., to be attend with required manpower as directed by EIC. The charges for PMB gate entry pass for the workmen and their vehicle , personel protective equipments to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed on production of bills.

Attending miscellanious works for cargo handling equipments at Haddo wharf such as keeping vigil on the scattered materials in and around the workshop area, helping hands for the operation and maintenance of machineries, minor breakdown, repair etc for two shift in a day including sundays and holidays throughout the year as per the direction of EIC, including cost of all labour charges, charges for gate entry for workmen, GST,LWC etc., complete, to be attend with required manpower as directed by EIC. The charges for PMB gate entry pass for the workmen and their vehicle , personel protective equipments to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed on production of bills.

Collection compiling the datas which are related to the cargo handling equipments, maintenance and its operation, entering by typing and keep the datas in the sub division office including cost of all labour charges, charges for gate entry for workmen, GST,LWC etc., complete, to be carried out with required manpower as directed by EIC. The charges for PMB gate entry pass for the workmen and their vehicle to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed on production of bills.

Operation of Cranes (such as mobile crane of capacity from 20 to 30 ton) and JLG Aerial Lift machine in Port Blair for handling of cargos, loading and unloading of materials and other works as and when required. The rate includes cost of all labour charges, charges for gate entry for workmen, minor tools, GST, LWC etc complete, to be carried out with required manpower as directed by EIC. The charges for PMB gate entry pass for the workmen and their vehicle , personel protective equipments to be provided by the agency and the same may be reimbursed on production of bills.
