Removing old existing unsv handles from Almirah large steel and S&F new CP steel handle of size100mm to Almirah large steel and all as shown on drawing or as directed.

Removing old existing unsv lock from Almirah large steel and S&F new brass lock 75mm long, 06 lever with two keys to Almirah large steel all as shown on drawing or as directed. Make shall be of Godrej/Harrison/Plaza.

Removing old existing unsv handle & locking assembly from Almirah large steel and S&F new handle & locking assembly to Almirah large steel including making adjustment of door shutters & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer duly preparation of steel surfaces complete. Painting shall be done with spray machine and all as specified on drawing and as directed.

Removing old existing unsv leg from Almirah large steel and S&F new leg made out of 1mm thick MS black (PBI) sheet made to size and shape and welding at bottom of almirah after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer duly preparation of steel surfaces complete. S&F new locking device cover made of 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coat of paint over a coat of red oxide primer as approved quality sh to Almirah large steel.

Removing old existing unsv handles from Almirah medium steel and S&F new CP steel handle of size 100mm to Almirah medium steel all as shown on drawing and as directed.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS (DRG No FD-75(M))

Welding of broken parts of chair steel with 25mm round MS conduit pipe of 1.6 gauge as per existing and applying two coat of paint (Make: Berger/Asian Paint) over a coat of red oxide primer, to the entire steel structure of the chair after scrubbing surface to make smooth as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for removal of seat & back of chair, S&F of 04 Nos of 4mm x 25mm stiffner (duly painted with two coat of black enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer) of appropriate size to be fixed at seat and back of chair by welding (Gas welding) as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. After fixing of stiffner seat and back shall be fixed on frame with 12 Nos of screws of appropriate size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CHAIR VERANDAH (DRG No FD/MAP/12)

Removing of existing unsv plastic seat and back from Chair verandah and applying two coat of synthetic enamel white paint after preparation of steel surfaces and S&F of new PVC seat and back 4mm Th not less than 1.85kg of approved quality complete all as shown on drawing and directed.

Welding to broken joints of Chair varandah all as directed.

S&F in replacement PVC shoes as approved to Chair Verandah all as shown on drg.

RACK SHOE STEEL (Drg No FD/E6/MAP/02 (R) )

Welding to broken joints of Rack Shoe steel all as directed .

S&F in replacement hard rubber/ PVCshoes at the bottom of Rack shoe steel all as shown on drg.

Removing old existing unsv GI Jali (Shelf) from Rack Shoes steel and S&F new GI Jali (Shelf) duly painted with black pain of all steel suface and all as shown on drawing and as directed.

TEAPOY VERANDAH (Drg No FD-255/383)

Removing old existing unsv top from Teapoy verandah and supply and fixing the new top of same size made out of 18/19mm thick laminated particle board both side white duly post-formed top all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make : Action-tesa/Ecoboard/Greenlam)

Replacement of unserviceable flat iron frame with flat iron 25mm x 5 mm thick of required size as per drg. The fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with drawing specifications.

Welding to broken joints of Teapoy verandah all as directed .

S&F in replacement PVC shoes to Teapoy verandah complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

TABLE BED SIDE (DRG NOFD/E6/MAP/15®

Replacement of Upper drawer made of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board,exterior grade and provided with 6mm thick bottom of ISI marked commercial plywood of BWR grade. (Make of Pre-laminated board :- Ecoboard/ Action-Tesa/ Greenlam).

Replacement of Lower drawer made of 18 mm thick teak faced prelaminated particle board provided with 6mm thick bottom of ISI marked commercial ply BWR grade & telescopic channel as apporoved quality by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of old unserviceable top from table bed side and supply and fixing the new top made out of 18/19 mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated particle board teak faced with 04mm thick teak wood beading all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make:- Ecoboard/ Action-Tesa / Greenlam).

All as per srl item No. 7.01 here-in-before but side of table bed side. (Make:- Ecoboard/ Action-Tesa/ Greenlam).

Removing old existing unsv back ply of table bed side and supply and fixing the newback ply of same size made out of 06mm thick commercial plywood all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old existing unsv handle from the table bed side and supply and fixing new CP steel handle 100mm long as per sample, shape and size all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (DRG NO FD-257)

Replacement of old unserviceable hasp and staple with new 100mm long MS chromium plated hasp and staple all as shown drg and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable door handle with new 100mm long CP steel door handle all as shown on drg and as directed.

Replacement of unserviceable conduit pipe with new CP steel conduit pipe of siutable size of 20mm dia having wall thickness 1.2mm to locker steel.

Replacement of unserviceable socket with new aluminium socket/brackets suitable for MS 20mm dia conduit pipes.

Removing of old unserviceable leg from locker steel and S&F new leg made out of 1mm thick MS black (PBI) sheet made to size and shape and welding at bottom of locker after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer duly preparation of steel surfaces complete. Painting shall be done with spray machine and all as specified on drawing and as directed .

All as per item Sl No 8.05 above here-in -before but bottom sheet of locker bed side steel.

Removing old existing unsv MS hinges of locker bed side steel and S&F new MS hinges 65 mm long with gas welding / revitting complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

M&L for refixing of loose shelves with mild steel revitting /spot welding complete all as directed.

CHAIR REVOLVING (STEEL) TP

Replacement of old unserviceable seat and back of chair with new seat of 12mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) covered with 75mm thick U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth. The back shall be 6mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) fixed on frame with screwes and covered with 40mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs and welding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- The tapestry cloth of rate ranging between Rs. 150/- to Rs. 175/- per meter as per sample approved by GE.)

Removing of old/unserviceable tapestry cloth from seat and back of existing Chair Revolving and S&F new tapestry cloth to seat and back of Chair Revolving complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- The tapestry cloth of rate ranging between Rs. 150/- to Rs. 175/- per meter as per sample approved by GE).

Replacement of unserviceable hydrulic system of Chair revolving for the adjustment of height all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of old ,unserviceable/broken wheel base of Chair revolving all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old existing unsv twin castor wheel from chair and S & F new twin wheel castors as per shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old and unserviceable Plytop from Charpoy with hard top and S&F of new 12 mm thick plywood of suitable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood with unpolished edging of approved quality all as shown on drawing and as directed. (Make of Plywood shall be Century/Greenply/Duro).
