Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Elevated Halogen Runway Edge Light of 200 Watts, 6.6 A/6.6A, of colour yellow/white alongwith mounting assembly (breakable coupling & other components), connecting leads, gasket all as per OEM recommendations and specifications of ICAO Annx 14 complete including taking down existing unserviceable runway edge light, complete all as specified and directed. Make : M/s AMA Pvt Ltd /M/s ADB SAFEGATE, M/s OCEM . Note : 1. The contractor will produce Purchase Voucher & Test Certificate of Runway Edge Light, duly defaced by JE/Engineer-in-Charge, alongwith RAR/Bill payment. 2. The CI Transformer and housing box, as required will be measured and paid separately under respective items only. 3. The spare bulbs (halogen lamp) equal to 10% of total installed runway lights will be deposited to JE/Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of spare halogen lamps is deemed to be included in quoted rates only and no extra payment will be made to contractor against it. 4. The contractor has to replace the unserviceable lamps with these spare bulbs, as and when required, during Defect Liability Period. The cost of same is deemed to be included in quoted rates only and no extra payment will be made to contractor against it.

Make : M/s AMA Pvt Ltd /M/s ADB SAFEGATE, M/s OCEM . Note : 1. The drawing of the Transformer Housing Boxes alongwith foundation detail shall be got approved from the GE before procurement. 2. The housing box must be properly aligned with theodolite, before the concrete pedestal is casted. All the associated pipes for the series cable and the secondary leads shall also be provided and properly fixed with the housing box before fixing of housing box in PCC. 3. The cost of fixtures, SS bolts, rubber gaskets, GI drain pipe etc is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 4. The earth work as required, PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respectively items only.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for laying of GI Pipe and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connecting to GI wire 4 dia mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and earth wire protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade and connected to distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electircal plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I(2009) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The unit rate quoted shall also include for excavation, earth work in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bras @ 150mm C/C both ways, GI funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh,protection pipe, earth wire upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR Part II. (b) Earthing test result should be less than 5 Ohm required.

Supply and laying Airfield Lighting Primary Cable 5KV Grade copper conductor 1C x 6 sqmm, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed primary cable along with new GI wire 8 SWG laid in existing / new pipe including taking down existing unserviceable airfield lighting cable complete all as specified and directed. Make : Polycab / Rallison / KEI / Gloster / Havells. Note: New pipe for cable protection, if required, shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and spread M-sand in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Supply and lay in trenches, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 450 mm x 180mm x 40mm for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cutting of existing hard standing up to 15 cm depth for laying of pipe lines and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) after laying of pipes lines and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below hard standing will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply and fix in replacement of 100mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
