Supplying & laying of fine aggregated ( sand ) for the protection of cable 10 cm above and 10 cm below the HT/LT cable. (900mts X 4 Runs X 0.50 mtsX 0.27mts)

Supplying & laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV Type 1, flat,300mm x 180mmx40mm. (900/0.180= 5000 X 8 runs of cables)

Supplying & laying of RCC pipe of bore dia of 300 mm class NP2, laid and joined complete with collars for protection of HT cable across the roads, rail line and nala, drainage in hard /dense soil etc.

Returning and refilling in including spreding, leveling watering well ramming in layers not exceding 25 cm for soft/ dense/ hard or all kind of soil as directed by Engg . Incharge.

Supply & providing cable jointing kit for11 KV (E) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPEarmoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 sqmm & 400 sq.mm.( Four nos each) Make - Acceptable are RAYCHEM, CCI,REPL only.

Supply & providing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) gradecable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 300 sqmm & 400 sqmm.( Four nos each) Make Acceptable are RAYCHEM, CCI,REPL only.

Supply & fixing ofEarthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not lessthan 2.25 metres deep below groundlevel) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normalground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32m X 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing testpoint all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

M&L for Angle ( 35 X 5 mm size) made of Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality A and fabricated also 6 mm thick & 150mm dia ms plate as required for cable for route marking etc completed.Also mild steel is to bepainted one shop coatofzincchromate primer paint(including preparation ofsurface) at Contractor’sworkshop before fabrication.
